Can't get the donor hub app. to Work. I donated 5-7
It is not just the app its Grifols whole system. I donated at Grifols for many years. I stopped in 2018. Attempted to come back early 2022. The system stated I was permanently deferred. Took almost 6 months to get corrected. When I called and asked for the new donor fee I was told $100x2 and $125x2. When I was about to donate for the 3 time they stated I would get $50. They center said new month different fees. They put me through hell to clear up their mistake. I made them a lot of money since 2010 and this how they treat a loyal donor. And their fees are not competitive compared to Octapharma and CSL. And they only allow 12 donors in the Center at a time. And winter is coming up again. They turned off all the TV's. I recommend any donor to another center other than Grifols. And some Grifols Centers in different cities but the same state pay differently. They blame it on demographics. How ridiculous does that sound. And I have called Corporate and spoke to the Regional Manager to voice my issues. They do not attempt to make up for their mistakes. So I would recommend to new donors to register at another center. Grifols want your plasma for big profits. But will pay you pennies on the dollar!
Donor number registration number doesn't work.
I recieved a text message saying if i came back soon the plasma center would give me a $150 .00 bonus... Well before i could go to the plasma center my phone screen became scrambled... So i got a new phone and lost the $150.00 bonus message.... Now i cant cash in.... How do i get it sent back to me ?
It is not letting me make an appointment on the hub app. Says I need to call for when I can donate. Has me worried and stressed.

The Donor Hub registration number doesn't work, and GRIFOLS doesn't have it, only the 4-digit new donor number (which is the only one they ever use or ask for at the donation center); the Donor Hub site is worthless and impossible to access. Plus, they never return your calls to management, and are unwilling to make any accommodations. Their adherence to the 50-100 bpm pulse rate regulation is absolutely foolish, and yet after consistently turning away returning donors like myself, they have the gall to send junk ads in the mail to me stating "Plasma donations are desperately needed!". Get a grip, GRIFOLS, and petition the FDA to loosen its idiotic regulations!

the calendar always says "no hours available for the selected day". It doesn't matter what day I choose. This is the same on my phone and computer. Can this be fixed so I can use it? Thank you
I had an employee be very rude to me and talked to a manager. She gave me a coupon for a $50 bonus if I came back. So I went back on Feb. 9th but never received my bonus. I called again and they said it would be on my card in a few minutes. I still didn't get it. I called again and they wanted me to co.e to the center to show them the coupon on my phone again. I'm just so done with being treated this way. And now to add insult to injury Im getting calls to receive another coupon to come back. Wow!! I would like to be taken off your call list. I will be donating for another company some where else.
I had an appointment scheduled at 9 this morning but had to reschedule to 4pm due to to the inclement weather. However, due to the inclement weather they closed early at 3, an hour before my appointment. Well I tried to reschedule for tomorrow and it won’t let me. Only lets me reschedule for Thursday as if I donated today which sucks. Please fix your app ASAP.

U r appointment scheduling is broke, also when is security guard, qualified to screen people at door taking temperature, needs to do her own job,my appointment was for 10:30,its 11:30 still haven't gone to kiosk, girl's working front desk putting certain people they know in front of us,come on management, r u that lazy

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!
There was nothing wrong before. But apparently they trusted someone’s new ideas and screwed up an easy to follow and navigate app. All my past info is gone. It was nice seeing our donor history. It was nice to be able to set up appointments. Now I have to go to center and they make me try the app, AGAIN even though it doesn’t work…as so many donors come in and tells them!!!! Finally they give my an appt. later than I specified so the wait is even longer.
If donating plasma is so important don’t make it such a chore to do so. Fix it or go back to the original. It worked!

Can’t even get logged in for the first time… but online my same login works just fine… Pretty frustrating since the site is also pretty bad. With the mass amount of money they make on people’s fluids you think they could afford a nice site and app… Strange. The sell one thing of plasma for $1700 @ like 100 people a day… come on, you’re not hurting for money…

I signed up and downloaded the app. I created an account and have been receiving emails. But I can’t log in because it says my info isn’t correct. I tried to change passwords and it says the email isn’t associated with any on file. Yet when I try to create an account again with said email it says it’s already in use. I quit.
