My Whealthy AP still sends me notifications but it isn’t logging anything or allowing me to do any tasks It’s also no longer in my AP store Is this AP defunct?

How to fix Whealthy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Whealthy app on iPhone
Update Whealthy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Whealthy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Whealthy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Whealthy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Whealthy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Whealthy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Whealthy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Whealthy » click [Force Stop]

Update Whealthy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Whealthy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Whealthy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Whealthy.

Fix Whealthy unable to contact server/ Whealthy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Whealthy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Whealthy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Whealthy
