2 years agoSeems like the app stopped working sometime around April of this year. I was feeling rather frustrated and alone in this until I read the other comments left. I have even tried contacting them from the app and gotten no response. I really liked this app, and I used it every day. I walk a lot, I liked the exercises, and the water reminders. It was helping me to get healthy and I was saving a good amount of coins to see if I could actually use them for something, but I have had no response or function from the app since the beginning of April. This is rather disappointing and I am obviously not the only one...

2 years agoStopped working after getting to 49 million coins and didn’t let me cash them out. First lowered the amount of coins I made from my progress and adwatch. Then it completely froze and now my profile is wiped clean but I can’t make a new profile either. Terrible experience. Great app to trash. Fraudulent

3 years agoI really love this app but for some reason it just stopped working. I was redeeming my steps so I could cash out for the second time and then it just stopped working...ughhh. Could someone please help me!!!!

3 years agoDoes anyone know if they’ve pulled up stakes and left? I really like the app, the couple games, good mix of ads, and of course getting paid for steps. I hope they are just revamping and coming back stronger. But if not, there’s a lot of us that would like to know if they quit or not.

First the coins reduced significantly (from 1,000 to about 30), then the game stopped loading, and now I cannot play or even access the game at all. I cannot even contact the support team; I sent them many messages lately and none of them were answered. Please will someone help me?

3 years agoThe past week I was not able to see my progress and everytime i want to look at ads i dont get rewarded for them or when I walk its all zero and if i try to do extra stuff there is always an error

3 years agoI earned 13M coins over a period of months and now when i want to redeem them into my Paypal, it has been pending for more than 5 days now. Tried contacting the team but no one answers. The app has changed my winning amounts aswell. e.g. now i can only get 10 coins for any activity i do, seems like the team is restricting winnings. Waiting for the confirmation from team for my winning.
