Cannot get the app to open on my phone. I have cancelled then reinstalled the app, same result

Signed up and paid for a subscription, then told to download the app which failed to install after multiple attempts I gave up and asked for a refund which has been refused. Not impressed. I'm running Android 13 on a Samsung Galaxy S20FE device. This feels like a total scam to me.
Hi, I attempted to get in touch with someone via the app around two months ago in order to sign up for the wall pilates challenges, but all I got was the "normal/general" better me app. In other words, I did not receive what I had hoped for. I emailed the support three times and never received a response; as a result, I can no longer even access the app. I requested an email with a link to reset my password, but I never got it despite trying at least four times. I attempted clicking on the below, but again, there was no response. I can't even use the app I downloaded in the first place, even though I paid for a full year of access... My phone app is not working for my plan. I can see it on my PC, but that doesn't help when I'm not home. How do I get the oops something went wrong screen to go away? I restarted my phone and I also Uninstaller then reinstalled the app.

I signed up for an annual subscription, it worked for 1 month, now I can’t log in. It says it doesn’t recognize my e-mail, which is the one I signed up with on Apple. When i contacted customer service to reset the UN & PW they replied back that the e-mail was not in their system, its the e-mail I signed up with, shows in Apple for the subscription. There is no one to contact, and the subscription isn’t reimbursable
App has access to iPhone health data it was working all day now it won’t work deleted and re downloaded twice ! Did workout data gone

I subscribed to this Betterme keto diet by mistake and want to cancel it..paid $29.99 USD on my visa and want a credit with NO further chargesto my Visa,,This transaction took place yesterday Feb,24/2022 I have no app or nothing else..Imade this transaction in errorand WANT IT CANCELLED and a credit to my Visa or this issue will be reported...very difficult to cancel.
