Beware—I’ve had this app over a year. I had one full cash out and was paid on PayPal, now for second cash out, I got 100k away from cashing out, app stops working. Will not load at all. Not worth it. Just another shady app

It says : error etc. I have invested quite a lot of time on this application ( pls see attached photos with practically 27570k which have disappeared without Any reason or justification. Redeemed 13,000,000 coins on 3/31/21 for $9.20. Money not paid, app deleted from the App Store and customer service will not reply to my emails. At least I didn’t put too much time into it, but sucky!

I am experiencing the same issue in April 2021 everyone is describing. I just discovered a new app called lucky step it is identical to Whealthy. Lucky step is newly available to the US App Store and Whealthy is now “unavailable in my country” the US. I am guessing Whealthy created a new version of the app re named it and shut down Whealthy when it was released. I have a lot of stored coins in Whealthy. Does anyone know lucky step is the replacement of Whealthy and if so how can I transfer my coin balance?

I believe the app was overloaded especially with Covid and all the people using it now. Never had this before and I’ve had for years . My guess they are revamping it in there favour but will make it seem like it’s better for you,

Same issue as everyone else is experiencing... coins you could earn were significantly reduced to 10% of their original value and coins required to cash out were doubled... then April 6th, the app stopped working completely and now is not available in the App Store... it’s a shame because I was actually enjoying it and just starting to recommend this app... I hope they fix it, but don’t expect it... even says in their terms and conditions that they are not obligated to provide customer service to anyone... my advice, don’t waist your time... Wealthy, you suck!

I haven’t been able to get my app to work and I had a lot of stored coins. I deleted it and now I can’t even find the app to reinstall. Please advise

The app hasn’t recorded steps for days so I deleted to reinstall but it’s not in App Store

I have been getting “something went wrong try again later” Since April 6th. Is your website down or do I need to uninstall and reinstall. Or is there something else I can do to fix this. I really love this app and I miss it bad. Thank you

My app is frozen it has been 4 days now . I tried logging in and out now it won’t let me log in. OCKT7F is my referral code. I run 20000 steps a day so I am losing a lot of money .

The app has not been working since 4/6. I miss the different activities through out the day. I do not see the app either. What do I need to do? Thank you

Whealthy is not working for 2 days April 7, and 8th .The app has disappeared from the appt store. I sent them a message and no response. I see from reading other responses I not alone.

Same here. I got enough coins to cash in but now the apps stopped working, no cash in my PayPal and email address for customer services doesn’t work. I have cashed out twice and had two payments to my PayPal account but I think the app as disappearing from the App Store. Plus my coins steps collection and task had been drastically reduced this last week or so. I enjoyed this app. Not just the counting steps but the spot the difference game. I honestly think they have shut it down and won’t come back. I haven’t been able to collected any coins for over a week so I don’t think it’s a glitch

The Whealthy App hasn’t worked for me for over 12 hours. Is there a way to resolve this?

It’s been over 24 hrs now that the app is at 0s. I happen to click on the collect button and an advert came up- go figure. Still no contact from support about anything

From 29th March 2021 all the coin values were down to 1% of their value (eg, a 5000 coin now 50). No response from support for over a week and now today everything says "something went wrong please try later".

April 7. App not working or loading. Also over 1 week ago I cashed in 50 million coins. Still no PayPal $$ in my account

Whealthy has disappeared from the App Store and has suddenly stopped working. Steps are saying 0. Message says “Sorry something went wrong. Please try again.”

Well funky stuff happened today I couldn’t earn coins and I’ve been logged out to be exact in log inable I can’t even find this app in the App Store anymore

I can’t log in It won’t let me login in and I it kept saying something went wrong please try again 😞

Finally earned enough coins to withdraw $9.20 to my PayPal account but the day after I went to the Whealthmall and requested my award, all the coin values were down to 1% of their value (e.g., a 5000 coin is now 50). No response from support. My PayPal payment is still pending. STAY AWAY.

I see I’m not the only one that’s having issue. 1. Coin drop amounts from 1000 to 10, that’s huge and without warning. 2. App is no longer available (fishy). 3 no contact from daily inquiries via text or email. 4. My reward that has come within their 2-3 day window in the past, has now been a week with no response via emails or text. Not recommending the ap any longer, but I still am using it. I’m probably wasting my time tho

App used to be good but task payouts went from 1000 to 10 points suddenly. Also keeps freezing and not letting claim all my coins for walking. I walk about 15000 steps a day, maybe they don’t want to keep paying me out. Disappointed.

I read the reviews I downloaded the app. I enjoyed the Items that worked, but as soon as I made 12 dollars which the company on my time probably made 10 times that. It took 6 months to collect 12 dollars, on your app. Now they just changed it on me and made it so I can’t collect another 9 dollars unless I watch and use this app. For a yr. or more not worth the earn and not worth the time. I would not recommend this app. Sorry 1 star.

This app keeps saying you have to log in, I enjoyed using this app as I’m recovering from a stroke & can finally walk & excercise, disappointed can’t use no more& all my steps/coins.....

How to redeem or cashout my coins

There is no longer access to the Whealthy Mall, where you can exchange your steps for cards, items. Etc. please fix!

I am having the same issue as others. Once in awhile it will open fine and work for a few minutes. Most of the time it’s saying 0/0 steps and that there was something wrong. Is there an issue with the app? None of my other apps are having this problem.

I have the exact same issue: Repeatedly the "sorry something went wrong" message, zero coins insteadl of 3000000, prompting me to log in and when I try it's not working. I tried installing deinstalling the app, I tried rebooting my phone, nothing works. Now when I try to log in it says "this number has been used too many times", which is nonsens. I can't log in anymore. The app simply has stopped working. Very disappointing.

The app opens, but then I am shown a screen where my steps read 0/0, no tasks load, and all the coins I have previously built up seem to have vanished. I am hoping this is just a server/connection issue and that I haven’t actually lost everything, but I would appreciate some help.
