- $1.00 fee every time I spend anything

- App needs a lot of work, constantly crashes and gives error codes

- Worst prepaid card ever, unable to log in and declined payment

- Had to answer 100 questions and fax them the front of my social security card to verify identity

card has been activated and literally doesn't work. so I basically spent 25 dollars on a piece of plastic. tried signing in online, website doesn't work tried calling customer support doesn't work.
