I can't get into the myvanilla app to see my balance, it says service is unavailable
I can not use or access to see my balance. It says service is unavailable
card has been activated and literally doesn't work. so I basically spent 25 dollars on a piece of plastic. tried signing in online, website doesn't work tried calling customer support doesn't work.
