In this email will be the login password which the property management company does not have access to. The this app application allows a tenant to fully document the condition of the home at the time of move in which protects both the tenant and landlord. A PDF copy of the inspection report will be sent to your email once uploading has been completed. This new version of the application includes a completely renewed interface, camera experience, and usability.

Renewal Move In Inspection Made Easy
I just did my first renewal move in inspection and I was surprised how easy it was. The app was easy to use and I was able to take pics and edit if necessary with no problems. It was a little time consuming but when you’re trying to show a management company and Landloard that their property is still in the same condition it was when you moved in but now it has all your stuff in it that’s to be expected and totally understandable. Working with Rent It Network has been a pleasure over the past year and they have been very responsive to any needs I’ve had. Looking forward to continuing my relationship with them.

Very Considerate
We have been using their apartment in the past 6 months and they have been working very well with us in trying to settle here in Utah since we did not expected .Last month we applied for a town home and try to ask for help with our work situations and although many application but they approved and consider our situation. They have been awesome with replying to our text and phone call Kelly is very nice and always willing to help us when we are in need or have any questions. I would recommend them because we have no maintenance problem at all so far so I would definitely suggest Maxxpm property management.

Coolest move in app!
Had no idea these even existed but had to use for a new apartment I moved into and it was the easiest and most detailed thing! I was able to take pictures easily and even type or mark them up in pen! I was also able to post comments with pictures or under each section. And afterwards was able to review everything and send to the property manager (also was able to add another email recipient as well). All in all VERY cool app for moving in and very well thought out!
