I just did my first renewal move in inspection and I was surprised how easy it was. zTenant was easy to use and I was able to take pics and edit if necessary with no problems. It was a little time consuming but when you’re trying to show a management company and Landloard that their property is still in the same condition it was when you moved in but now it has all your stuff in it that’s to be expected and totally understandable. Working with Rent It Network has been a pleasure over the past year and they have been very responsive to any needs I’ve had. Looking forward to continuing my relationship with them.

We have been using their apartment in the past 6 months and they have been working very well with us in trying to settle here in Utah since we did not expected .Last month we applied for a town home and try to ask for help with our work situations and although many application but they approved and consider our situation. They have been awesome with replying to our text and phone call Kelly is very nice and always willing to help us when we are in need or have any questions. I would recommend them because we have no maintenance problem at all so far so I would definitely suggest Maxxpm property management.

I really like zTenant because it allows us to tell our landlord exactly what is wrong, meaning if there are damages or if something needs to be fixed. It even lets us prioritize damages that require fixing. My favorite feature zTenant has is that is allows us to take multiple photos of the apartment, focusing on damages and items that need repairing. This provides perfect proof of preexisting damages when moving in. When moving out, the landlord can’t try to charge for damages that were already there when moving in!

zTenant provided a convenient way to photograph areas of our house and submit it to the property manager for an inspection. There were a couple of areas for improvement—namely, it wasn’t always clear which bedroom or bathroom zTenant associated with which number, so I had to rename a lot of pictures after taking them. The camera button also disappeared when turning the phone sideways, so all the pictures we submitted had to be vertical—not really ideal when trying to provide a big overall picture of a room. However, in general I think zTenant saved us a lot of time compared to trying to take the pictures and email them to the property managers separately.

Had no idea these even existed but had to use for a new apartment I moved into and it was the easiest and most detailed thing! I was able to take pictures easily and even type or mark them up in pen! I was also able to post comments with pictures or under each section. And afterwards was able to review everything and send to the property manager (also was able to add another email recipient as well).

All in all VERY cool app for moving in and very well thought out!

I recently moved into a new townhouse and had to use zTenant to document all the places in the location as part of my move in procedure. I was a little daunted at first but once I began moving around the house taking pictures and adding quick notes, I soon realized just how simple and intuitive the process actually is. I’ve done some walk through inspections before, but zTenant really made it a breeze!!

I’d usually have to save a ton of photos on my phone of damages and send them over as a compiled mess to my landlord. zTenant had me prove any damage i found with a photo, its very organized and very easy to use. I wish all landlords/leasing companies used this. Much more secure than writing up damages on a piece of paper that can be misinterpreted and used against you! Everything here is documented properly

This is a great app and easy to use when completing your Move-In Inspection. The only thing I did not like is on the items that did not apply to my home or items that were not present in the home, zTenant still required you t make a selection. It did allow space for comment so that is where I entered N/A on those items but I was still force to select Satisfied. App should have a N/A option to allow for a more accurate a documentation of an inspection.

There were only a couple of minor issues on move in and I think I mentioned them on paper but with zTenant and all of its photo suggestions, I feel like I would have had a stronger indicator of the move-in state of this place.

And for self inspections, it makes it pretty easy. And nicely, the photos taken in zTenant stay within zTenant - your camera roll doesn’t suddenly fill up with dozens of pictures of your walls and ceilings.

This is so much better than going through a paper checklist and writing things down. Being able to document each crack, stains, discoloration, etc. made things so much faster and easier. I feel completely safe from any unnecessary charges by having photo evidence of everything uploaded and digitally and having my own copies as proof.

zTenant made doing my move in inspection easy and it covered every detail possible. I’m only giving 4 stars because when I made a comment on a section it made me go back and repeat the comment and it should state from the beginning that a picture has to be submitted on every section and subsection. It doesn’t state that at the beginning. So that took time. But all in all I was pleased with how much detail there is on the inspection.

zTenant takes a lot of time to finish the but it is worth it. You can capture good pictures and comment on them. I love that you can take a picture then come back to add comments. I wish I would have figured that out sooner. One thing I would change about zTenant is a button to skip the things that do not apply to you. Overall, I like it.

zTenant is extremely user friendly. It is necessary to help protect yourself and your security deposit. It goes into extreme detail on each location within your house with many subcategories for each. They do a great job explaining how to maneuver within zTenant with step by step instructions on how to inspect your home. Thank you very much for creating such an easy-to-use application.

I liked the ease of use and guided instructions in zTenant . Uploading pictures was a breeze as well. However, I’d already taken some photos of the house snd would’ve loved to be able to just pull the from my photos. Also, I’d like to be able to add areas in the house that aren’t listed on the online checklist. Otherwise, great app, easy snd quick to use!

The move in app made everything so easy. It was very in depth and took about 2 hours. It reminded me of every area to check and any damage was noted with a photo. I feel like it will super protect me and help my landlord later. I will not be held accountable for existing damage. Plus no more writing everything down and hoping they can read my writing. No more paper! Love it!

So far zTenant is very easy to use. Very straight forward and allows you to write a comment if the option available isn’t applicable to your review. I like zTenant. It also asks you a couple times if you are sure you are wanting to pursue and complete the steps before moving on. No glitches, consume and easy. (:

This was by far the best move-in inspection I’ve ever completed! I love it being digital and the it allows/recommend and require for damage reporting pictures!!! That’s new for me but it makes me feel extremely protected and like I won’t be held responsible for something I didn’t do when move out comes.

You go through step by step with an opportunity to take a picture of any damage right when you’re assessing the apartment.
My only wish is that you could add pictures you’d already taken, since I walked around the apartment taking pictures as soon as I moved in.

We were asked to download zTenant to provide a report with pictures of how our current standing is and any needed repairs in the home we rent. zTenant made it super easy to navigate and allowed for smooth access to pictures and comments! I would love it if every property management used an app like this!

We use zTenant for our yearly inspections and are very thankful for it. You can add comments and other details to each picture. It’s such an easy app to use. You can even take pictures at different times and they are saved until you submit. Great app!

This was an extremely quick and thorough way to inspect everything! I felt like this was a very professional and useful way for me to review the property before moving in and hopefully helps the management after we move out. Loved this process overall.
