- Lack of granularity in the “schedule of available times”

- No login to the site every time kids send a request for additional computer time

- No iOS app

- Unblock the app completely when you get a request

- Odd unexplainable behaviors

- Setting a time limit for an app seems to be over ridden by also adding a schedule

- The overall devise schedule oddly resets

I managed to install fine on my newer iphone. But when trying to install on my sons Iphone XR under his account details, I can’t get past “next” button on asking for location permission in setup, after logging in. it is just frozen.

Can’t get past “next” button on asking for location permission in setup, after logging in. Freezes. Multiple downloads and installs don’t work. Same issue mult devices. Appears to be an app problem. An hour with chat support yesterday no help- contact developer. Need to get this up and running for school work to get done this weekend.

continuously makes my child send requests when he already has the permissions. verified all systems are updated and rebooted multiple times after updates
