I managed to install fine on my newer iphone. But when trying to install on my sons Iphone XR under his account details, I can’t get past “next” button on asking for location permission in setup, after logging in. it is just frozen.
Installed itself and didnt want it installed.. wasnt part of my original payment plan.. now its creating restrictions on my computer.. its a nightmare - how do you get rid of it completely
App crashes within seconds of opening on my wife’s iphone12 and mine.
App has been crashing for 3 days now.

An hour with chat support yesterday no help- contact developer. Need to get this up and running for school work to get done this weekend.
continuously makes my child send requests when he already has the permissions. verified all systems are updated and rebooted multiple times after updates
