I have a problem with ProjectFit

No current problems

- App is in beta test and has issues

- Uploading data fails repeatedly

- Cannot revoke consent to access data

- App crashes frequently during face scanning

- App is garbage and does not work

- App does not work on newer iPhones or iPads

- Download link in email points to another sleep app from another company

- App does not support current iPhone series 13xxx

- No incentive for users to participate in the study

To resolve ProjectFit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the ProjectFit App
1. On android, goto Settings » ProjectFit » click [Force Stop]

Clear ProjectFit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ProjectFit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ProjectFit.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ProjectFit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ProjectFit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ProjectFit
