My Air Mini won't power up when plug it in. The Power Point is OK and I doubt there is a problem with the 240V power pac. How where can I get it checked and fixed. I live in Rowville 3178. VIC Australia

I took my AirMini to use on a recent trip and while it worked fine, it no longer connects to the myAir app on my iPhone as it did 7 years ago. The Bluetooth is on and can be detected by my phone but the App no longer seems to support it. HUH?

Airmini will not pair with bluetooth. Have tried restarting Airmini, Bluetooth and app but will not connect. App sees the resmed but will not connect.

I can not connect to my AirMini sn22221203710. Bluetooth setup to my phone is not working. I updated the iPhone and deleted and reinstalled the app. I have tried multiple times.

Cannot get Bluetooth to connect the air mini. Pushed the blue button on the mini several times and it just will not connect. Even unplugged it and plugged it back in and it still won't connect.

How to fix AirMini app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AirMini app on iPhone
Update AirMini app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AirMini iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AirMini on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AirMini network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AirMini Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AirMini not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AirMini App
1. On android, goto Settings » AirMini » click [Force Stop]

Update AirMini to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AirMini App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AirMini » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AirMini.

Fix AirMini unable to contact server/ AirMini internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AirMini » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AirMini » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AirMini
