Then this is your app. If you like money and enjoy playing stay far far away from this god awful rigged app. Ever since I withdrew some money from my balance I instantly went on an epic losing streak that has continued on for over a month now of me just straight losing and handing over my body time after today. They’re going to tell you it’s fair and regulated but that couldn’t be further from the truth because if it was regulated then they should have done something about this along time ago. I got to the point where it took every single bit of fun there was one playing the game and just completely ruined it for me I’ll essentially stealing money from me. I could go on for days about all the different ways that prove it’s rigged and wildly unrealistic. I’ve lost over $1000 just this week and seems as though it’s getting worse and worse. I never thought a game could be so bad that I would be literally forced to delete my account because of how unfair and rigged UnibetPA is. I don’t know how it’s not illegal for them to write people off like this but I am considering taking legal action and going over my game history with an attorney and figure out what the next step of action should be because I am tired of just constantly being screwed over

Not a disgruntled loser here...didn’t even make a deposit. After reading the horror stories in other reviews (thought it was just people upset they lost) I decided to be cautious and get all my ducks in a row before making a deposit. Not only is the verification process overly complicated (they will reply to this with “to ensure the security and safety” but somehow literally every other PA book has a better easier and more transparent process) it is obviously designed to hold money as long as possible. Additionally, on the deposit page even if you select a risk free bet bonus, it keeps defaulting back to the casino bonus. (I never made the deposit, but this explains why people keep complaining that the wrong bonus was selected). Lastly on this subject...apparently the BONUS takes up to 72 hours to credit (likely they are looking for reasons they don’t have to apply it). You all should be aware EVERY other risk free promotion in every state credits instantly if you lose.

Look, I’m sure they aren’t “stealing money” or anything like that (it’s too regulated) BUT in terms of customer service, quick banking, a sense of security and having a stress free experience UniBET is by far the worst option in the commonwealth.

Love the gameplay and games were top notch. Some good free money bonuses also get emailed from time to time. Had a major issue where in the bonus round playing $6.75/spin and the game errors on the bonus round paying out 5x payout. Site apologies and gives me the remaining spins x’s $6.75 which was a bit over $30. However no explanation on why the game didn’t restart on the bonus round and no consideration that the payout for even a small prize on that play level with multiplying would have been $50 spin or higher. This was intolerable and closed account.

*update did get a message April 2022 from Unibet that response is in comments. General message saying we play by rules, ensure fair game play, use trusted software developers, blah blah blah standard response. Bottom line is they offered me $30 on a bonus round that they blamed the software “malfunctioning”. Basically the value of remaining spins. Case was turned into the PA gaming board and still waiting to see if they do anything about the unfortunate software glitch.

It seemed to be going well until I cashed out. At that point, the cards changed, literally. Nearly every double down option would come to a loss (not even close not that it matters), I am not sure if I ever even broke even splitting aces, and if the dealer had a 5 or 6 showing, you could bet they had a 4 or 5 under. After playing hundreds of hands, I’m not sure how quickly I’ll go back. I counted at one time 8 black jacks for dealer to 4 for me while I was playing 3 hands at a time. I figured things had to even out after a while, so I kept depositing more money, but the results didn’t change. I will say their cash out results definitely occurred faster than some others I have used (draft kings and betrivers are both very slow) but that was really only positive. Don’t keep using after opening an account. App did work well for me.

I’v used draftkings and fanduels sports book a lot and they are great. I just downloaded this site to get the free $30 credit and withdraw, but I realized you need work so hard to withdraw. I deposited $10 with my debit card and then realized you can withdraw into the same card. Then, I went to support and they said I need to deposit $10 again using the bank information that my card is linked too. The process requires you to submit pictures of you drivers license or passport and a bunch of other banking information that no other Sportsbook I’ve used has asked for. The other options are also dumb like having to register for a card that has monthly fees. PayPal is an option but I didn’t have that. I’m going to cut my loss at $10 cause the customer service will just cut and paste random comments when you’re asking questions. Like when I asked whether Chime online bank works they replied with a cut and paste of their withdrawal methods that didn’t answer my question.

This company is a scam — after multiple calls to resolve my issue it’s clear they’re a shady organization who have no qualms stealing. Please use a competitor and not them.

The risk free bet is a lie. I signed up, bet, and lost. Great I thought– this is why there’s a risk free bet. I called and said your bonus will be in your account in 48 hours and you have to bet it on -300 or worse odds. Great, that’s fair.

Except that’s now what happened. After I bet that money, they then claimed I used a casino bonus despite never signing up for the casino bonus nor having any desire to use the casino. So now I’m out my risk free bet, and the small bonus I got is locked into a 10x cycle that I have to spend through which is ridiculous and a total scam. It’s a shame - they’re platform is actually intuitive and has great design and I’d happily use it over competitors if this was resolved. But this site’s a scam, they lied on the phone, admitted fault, and are still saying there’s nothing they can do. Shameful

I've tried them all, and Unibet is my favourite sports betting app. I saw some of the reviews and was skeptical at first but UnibetPA hasn’t crashed on me at all, meanwhile I could barely get my deposit to go through with DraftKings with all the issues I was having.

UnibetPA has great odds and bets are quick and easy to set up. You can pick game parlays or make your own, and I really like how easy it is to build my parlays but also change parlays to singles and vice versa, really helps when I'm on the fence. I find it easy to go through UnibetPA and find everything I'm looking for too, I don't want to have to swipe through a ton of markets I don't care about to get to the right page and Unibet keeps things simple. 5* from me

I’ve been betting for the past 7 years now (mainly online, sometimes bookies and casinos). When it comes to apps I’ve only used the Bet365 app before, but I definitely prefer the UI from Unibet! I mainly bet on live sports, which is incredibly quick and easy to find the sport you are looking for. I occasionally try the live blackjack and Gonzos quest, which is a lot of fun. Whenever I’ve had an issue the live chat have helped me solve this problem. Sometimes withdrawing money can take a few days longer than expected, but I have ALWAYS received it.

I look forward to continuing to use Unibet in the future and based on my experience I highly recommend it!

I would give them a zero, but that’s not an option. Stay away from this casino. I really liked it in the beginning, however, I opted into a promotion where you get 50% bonus when you deposit. I was playing a slot and I hit the jackpot for $3,000. I was so excited, I could barely breathe. But then, it wouldn’t let me cash out, stating it was restricted. I sent them several emails and they kept telling me how to cash out. Then, there was a tech person that said I had to bet a certain amount before I could cash out. I went into the restricted bonuses, there was an option to forfeit my bonus, (which I thought was just the deposit bonus). I hit the forfeit button and it took my winnings of $3,000 away. I was crying so hard. How stupid we get when we get older. I e-mailed them and they said once you hit that button, you give all bonuses up, a very untrustworthy site. I’m treated so well at MGM and Rivers Casino.

When signing up I clicked the “free $600 bet option”. I made my first deposit and then UnibetPA says I chose the deposit bonus option instead which I checked 17 times to make sure I did it right before I deposited. Of course I won the bet I woulda used the free bet on but now they are holding my winning hostage until I bet over $10,000 in a month to cash any money out. Absolutely criminal and the worst Sportsbook by far that you can use. Now I gotta bet stupid games I don’t even like to get to $10,000 in the month and I will most likely lose all my winnings. Don’t waste your time with this trash, scam app. No other Sportsbook would under any circumstance make you bet $10,000 in a month to complete a sign up bonus even though they will comment on my review and say the rules are “on par” with other Sportsbooks. UnibetPA will be investigated and shut down within the year. Trash.

I’m not even going to explain anything as the reviews do it all currently trying to withdrawl money and I’ve been told 72hrs then when 72hrs came up they wanted documentation of my address uploaded that an was told 72hrs then when that time was done then they wanted my license uploaded and after I uploaded that another 72hrs like what a joke I uploaded all this crap when I started and they want it all again over a week and still no money. I’ve cashed out of FanDuel and draftkings and never asked for any of that and got my money in days so save yourself the headache/ stress and don’t download UnibetPA other site are way better and give better promotion/ rewards. And when the developer or whoever it is comments on this below and makes up so ridiculous excuse don’t listen to it. Terrible app/site/Sportsbook!!!! Will b closing my account when I get my money... let me rephrase that if I get my money!!

I want to believe these apps are upfront and honest, but when you see this many negative reviews you should just heed the warning. I played blackjack last night and lost all my money almost immediately. Does that happen? Sure. You’re gambling. But when I watched the dealer get back to back blackjacks and showed at least 3 more aces in the next 3 hands I washed my hands of it. No thanks. UnibetPA will heal itself, no surprise there. They offered me a a deist bonus today and like an idiot I deposited more. Within the next 5 Hands I watched the dealer get two aces and one blackjack. Gone again. Seems to favor UnibetPA WAY HARDER then the other gambling apps I’ve tried. No thanks. Proceed with caution. Only two stars for the deposit bonus and easy to use, other then that I’m walking away.

I use many different Sportsbook apps and this one is probably the worst interface and ease of use. UnibetPA has crashed more often than any other to the point where it isn’t even usable. For days during March Madness I could not sign in to make a bet. I cannot even sign in at the moment to remove my balance. I have rebooted my phone, deleted UnibetPA and reinstalled it. Still cannot get it to stop crashing upon login. Online betting shouldn’t be this much of a hassle. I guess I will have to call to have my balance issued to me? Would not recommend when so many other options are available that don’t have the tech issues Unibet has. Its a shame because when it works, it’s solid especially because it has many more options and sports than others, but it’s just not reliable enough and overall an annoyance.

My main priority when it comes to online gambling is whether it is safe. After reading some of the reviews, I thought I would give it a go, but only deposit a small amount. Some time passed and I finally started to truly trust Unibet, when it came to depositing and withdrawing. I haven't experienced any issues (apart from the money taking a day or two longer to enter my account). When betting either online or in person everyone should consider the risks before depositing/making their first bet. Although I can say that Unibet is the only sportbook and Casino app I trust 🙏🏼

I’m liking Unibet! Open up UnibetPA and the offers are right there for you, plus there’s a good range of offers to use even after the sign up which I like. There’s a really big range of sports to bet on, some of them I never even heard of before but it’s been cool to check them out! I mostly bet on the basketball (let’s go Cavs!) and you get tons of odds to pick from, then just a couple of taps and your bet is done. All the game times and statistics are there and the in-game graphic is really slick, so you can track your game and your by super easy. Now I just need a few more bets to come in!

Downloaded and signed up because of their new casino bonus. Sign up was a hassle already because they couldn’t verify my identity. Never had this problem with any other Sportsbook but ok, no worries. Support rectified it fairly quickly after I sent in required documents. I then had to ask for the casino bonus to be manually applied to my account because for some reason it did not. I’m guessing because my sign up process had to be manually approved. All good, got that figured out. I’m now ready to play! Except… I can’t. Casino games just won’t load. At all. The mobile app doesn’t work. Haven’t tried the web version yet on a laptop but that’s not my primary way of playing.. all in all, DO NOT BOTHER. CASINO APPS DO NOT WORK. THEY WILL NOT LOAD.

I finally get a bonus free spin round and the game crashes. For the last 24 hours now I have been stuck and unable to get the game to play. UnibetPA crashes, the website freezes or does not allow me to click continue. There is no live support available so I am forced now to do nothing. I am very disappointed with this rip off casino app. Do not waste your money here. You won’t be able to play any of the games that are not exclusive to Unibet. I didn’t realize this until I had already blown over $200 when I decided to play a game not exclusive to them. I’ve tried every web browser, cleared my history, deleted and reinstalled UnibetPA and still I cannot play the bonus round or any game for that matter that is not exclusive to Unibet. It’s a scam!

Where to begin? The most blatant transgression is the terms of the deposit bonus. For a max bonus match of $500, one must make $10,000 in bets (the bonus PLUS THE DEPOSIT X 10) in 30 days. I don’t know another sportsbook that requires the deposit, along with the bonus, to be rolled over, let alone 10X, let alone in a month. But wait, it gets worse.

If the rollover requirement is not within the month, the bonus is forfeited, ALONG WITH ANY WINNINGS. Of course, they graciously provide you the option to forfeit your bonus so you can unrestrict your deposit along the way. I gave up a few hundred in winnings to be able to access my money to request a withdrawal and be done with them.

Their user interface leaves a lot to be desired, with a login screen that claims to support Touch ID (not really). The graphics are minimal and clean, but it’s quite challenging to navigate to the bet you want (though they have a search function, which is a rare positive note).

They seldom have lines or odds that are better than competitors, and you can read other negative reviews for the myriad complaints about withdrawing. There are many other books in PA. This one should be avoided.

I applied to open an account with them , I did open the account and enrolled and transferred 500$ on my unitbet play+ account right away . After provided all necessary documents I was told from one of the operators which he had no idea what he was doing at all (Bruno) to wait 3 days , after I gave them all my information including my ssn and banks account they told me the 4th day that I can’t open an account with them because they can’t verify my information (this was the supervisor ) what a joke . In the mean time I have no problem with other sports bet companies at all . Now I can’t use my play+ account at all , 500$ just gone right away without having a chance to open an account . Be aware don’t think twice .scam

I created the account, gave them all my personal info and it says can’t verify identity. I try to login to upload more documents but it says can’t verify identify, then logs me out again. It’s a catch 22, how can I login to upload docs to verify identity when it needs to verify ID in order to login?? If their signup process is such a mess, I don’t trust their platform either. Use fanduel or draftkings, no problems whatsoever.

Update: I was able to login and gave them my driver license and utility bill. They said after a review I’m not allowed an account, decision is final. I asked why and they said they don’t need to disclose the reason. After giving them my personal info the least they can do is say why. What a huge waste of time.

I see a lot of hate on UnibetPA about withdrawals. I think that was only when they launched. Recently they have been doing sub 6 hour withdrawals. I think thats the quickest in the market. Their customer service team is always great and very knowledgable . If ur worried about your withdrawal just upload ur id ahead of time thats what i did. Overall great selection of games and leagues, some leagues u can’t even find on the other sportsbooks. Keep up the great work!

UnibetPA has been frustrating since day 1. The login procedure hasn’t work well for months. It claims to have touchID for your password, but it has never worked.

On top of that, if now logs you out every time to switch to another app and try to come back. This is unacceptable. There are way better options out there (FanDuel, Draft Kings) if you want a good Sportsbook.

Ive been on all the PA sportsbooks and this place has the slowest to be processed. Approved quickly but forever to transfer the money.

They scam you on the risk free bet. They say you have to wager 1x to get it back to cash out. However they mark it as Casino bonus and have to bet 5k to get it back. Awful
