Thank you Syrus_brandon for the review...I use multiple books too and I will stay away from this one, having to fight for a promo or a ‘risk free’ isn’t really risk free nor worth the hassle. Will continue on with my other sports books.

I am on multiple books. On every other one, the the new customer promo has been seamless. Place the first risk free bet and hit: great. Move on. Place the first risk free bet and miss: refund processed promptly. That is NOT the case here. My risk free bet missed. Promised refund within 72 hours of settled bet. It’s now been a week. Still no refund. E-mail to support. Will process within 24 hours. It’s been 48 hours since I sent that email. Also, the log in process is arduous. Can’t select a “remember me” function. Has to geolocate every time. Get logged out if you toggle to a different app. Just clunky all around. And, as of right now, also dishonest.

UnibetIN is barely functional. It's an extremely basic, poorly designed app that looks and feels as if it were designed by a novice working on their first project. While I appreciate the free bets for signing up, I won't be depositing any money until Unibet shows some commitment to their mobile platform. I live in a neighboring state, and I can't even look at my bets or the match lines unless I'm actually in Indiana?!?! WTH!!! Draftkings, BetMGM, Fanduel, Pointsbet and theScore are light-years ahead in their mobile platforms. I would highly recommend using one of the multitude of other options until Unibet gets its act together.

I deposited money into the account and literally couldn’t place a bet. I would select a game and there was a glitch that wouldn’t let me scroll down to place it. I have gambled over 20 yrs so I know how to bet online and UnibetIN wouldn’t let me bet. Customer service says sometimes there is a glitch when you first use UnibetIN . I closed out several times and it still wouldn’t let me bet. I ended up withdrawing my deposit. Even navigating in the site is awful. This is hands down the worst app I have seen. I am concerned about getting my money based on my experience. Don’t use UnibetIN!

Be very careful. I ‘guess’ I signed up for a bonus thinking it was sportsbook, but it was for casino, which you have to be an idiot to play online. Over the course of a month, I won about $1600. I tried to withdraw, and they said since I don’t meet casino bonus requirements, they were keeping my deposit, my winnings, AND the bonus! I can understand not getting the bonus. My bad, I guess. But to keep it all is unethical. I’ll let you know how my legal case turns out.
Addendum- met with my lawyer and his words were exactly mine...
No F****** way! Case is moving forward. On to the Pa. Gaming Commision!

I am new to Unibet and noticed that I had a 50% bonus reward up to $30 so I took advantage of it. I won the $45 bet and now am unable to withdraw the money because it’s a ‘restricted bonus’ and there is no clear definition of what that means. I can’t even withdraw my $30 original deposit now either. So I’m assuming this restricted bonus means: keep betting until lose. Won’t ever use this book again, there are far too many better ones out there that honor their bonuses….especially in tiny amounts like $30.

This is the only Sportsbook I can think of where you have to upload documents to confirm your identity and address. It’s such a hassle to me because I just moved out of my parents and into an apartment so I put my moms address on my account. However, I don’t have any documents to prove I lived there since my parents are divorced and I had bank statements sent to my dads house. They said I can’t even withdraw the money I put into my account until I have proof of address. This is such a mess and a scam in my opinion

This book is a complete joke. UnibetIN is the worst on the market. I signed up because of the sign up promo (which was mediocre anyway). I won my bet but to withdraw my money, I had to create a paypal, link my bank, deposit more money into Unibet from paypal, then withdraw to my paypal account, then transfer that to my bank. Anyone involved with Unibet should be ashamed. Please quit and find a better job anywhere else. To anyone looking for a new book, don’t waste your time here. FanDuel and DraftKings are the way to go

App constantly crashes, geolocator randomly pops up freezing your screen, UI is messy, etc. etc. I gave it a try based on a recommendation, but Caesar’s, MGM, PointsBet, etc. all have it beat handedly.

I’ve had issues with “bonus” money in the past and this weekend was it for me. I put in a $25 spread bet Monday night and after I won I went to withdraw the money and it said it was “bonus cash” which means I can’t withdraw it and I’ve tried 3 different times to contact them to release the funds and I’ve gotten no response...beginning to wonder if I’ll even get my money at this point.

There are too many sports books out there with the exact same lines and betting opportunities as this place to waste time with UniBet. They have given me nothing but problems since I signed up for them, and their live chat gives you no answers.

I made 4 bets based on their promotions and they didn’t give me the boost nor did they apologize I got hung up on , disconnecting from live chat all before the game even started take your business elsewhere don’t get scammed like I did

I primarily bet on soccer and hockey, so that is what my experience is based on. I also like to bet on events live.

First and foremost, UnibetIN is tremendously clunky to get started. I have tried five different sportsbooks in Indiana (this, PointsBet, MGM, DraftKings, and FanDuel), and this one is by far the worst with respect to login and location checking. Each time I would like to place a bet, I have to go through the following steps:

- Open UnibetIN

- Log in

- Close UnibetIN

- Reopen UnibetIN , which triggers the location check

If I do not close and reopen UnibetIN , the location check never takes place, and I cannot place a bet. The other four sportsbook apps do not have this issue, and it makes this one unnecessarily cumbersome to use. This is especially vexing as someone who likes to place live bets.

There are some things I do like about UnibetIN, particularly in the soccer betting section:

- There is a greater availability of Asian handicap markets than most of the other books have.

- The sliders on over/unders and Asian over/unders make checking multiple sets of odds quick and easy.

- The odds in general are more favorable than MGM and are typically very comparable to the other books.

- There is a very good variety of leagues available for betting, second only to MGM in Indiana.

However, despite all of these things that I view as positives, I am turned off by the rigamarole I have to go through to open UnibetIN , and it shouldn't have to be that way. If this issue is fixed and UnibetIN becomes easier to get started, I would use it more.

Really impressed with the speed of UnibetIN and the offers for basketball are great. I would love it if the basketball markets were easier to find instead of having to click through two or three screens, like maybe put it in the first sports page near the top of the selections given it’s one of the main markets? If they do that then I have nothing bad to say about it :)

My experience in the past with mobile betting apps have been mixed, so I was finally glad to find one that is very reliable and easy to use!

I started using Unibet for March Madness and haven’t looked back since. I find the UI to be extremely intuitive and whenever I wanted to place a bet, I experienced no issues. More recently I have been using the live blackjack which can be thrilling (or heartbreaking depending on if you win). It almost feels like You are in the casino when playing some of the live games.

I cannot recommend UnibetIN enough as every time I have tried withdrawing my winnings it has been processed. The only thing I would improve is the time it takes to withdraw your winnings.

No issues with deposit match promos and large amount of livebetting on an array of sports

Football might be over but I’m definitely gonna bet with Unibet for the rest of the NBA season! Would recommend.

I was having trouble with my sign up but the customer service team were helpful and I got my deposit through. Made a few bets and so far so good!

I like Unibet, their offers are always good and it always has the best odds for the basketball. Best sportsbook in IN if you ask me!

Deposited 100 dollars and won a bet and there is no way to withdraw. Got in touch with customer service and they argued that it was a bonus. Do not use UNIBET.

UnibetIN barely even works and is literally half way done compared to competitors. Withdraws take weeks.....

If u make a bet and win u have to wait for 2 weeks or forfeit your winnings to get your $$$ this site has no daily boosts or anything just terrible

Promo is nice but not going through a giant process to get verified on here. Fix your platform I'll use your app. Had no prob on draft kings getting verified
