Tried logging into ParentPublicRankOne and I continuously get an error. Attempt to reset the password and get another error saying there was a problem while resetting the password.

ParentPublicRankOne seems useless unless other people are using it and updating scores from other ball games. The feeds of football games do not get updated by Rank One. It's like Uber needs drivers but Rank One has no "drivers" to update any scores. It's pretty much worthless to me unless people they can assure feeds are updated.
Hello, I am hoping I can find out how to get a refund for ParentPublicRankOne. I paid $1.99 to "unlock" the sports schedules for one year for my kids' school. It did not "unlock" the schedules! Giving it 1 star for right now, because the concept is great, but...
It has a $1.99 automatically renewal fee that is impossible to cancel. I'm incredibly irritated at my daughter's basketball coach for using ParentPublicRankOne. She doesn't even play basketball anymore and I'm stuck paying for it bc I can't figure out how to cancel it

Crashes right after u register.
Registered an account, included first and last name, email, and password. Logging in requires a username and password which is impossible because I don’t have a username.
App does not let me sign in. The website makes me sign in via my google account. Why? I HAVE NO IDEA. Because of that it’s not taking my login on ParentPublicRankOne and says my username or password isn’t correct. 🤦🏽♀️ It’s so frustrating. I’m only rating it one star because it doesn’t let me submit the review unless I pick at least one star.
