As an athletic director who has been using this app for about 5 years, this program is constantly improving. They value customer feedback, and they know what we need when it comes to programming. PlayerSpace is a great way to support the overall software through ease of access, quick find, and makes team management a breeze. I suggest using the platform online before using PlayerSpace to gain better understanding of what can be offered, but with prior knowledge of the platform, this is a great application and consistent way to reach the teams!

Player Space is a great app for families to make forms electronic (and not have to fill them out for every league, swim session, day camp, etc). We also launched electronic sign in and out that makes checking in and out faster for families in programs like Kids Club and Day Camp. Player Space has been very responsive with upgrades and technical support and they are great to work with!

Of all the sports apps I use for my kids’ teams, this one is by far the worst. PlayerSpace offers NO notifications when schedules are added/updated or for communication. Having to check PlayerSpace everyday (or multiple times per day) to ensure I haven’t missed a message or schedule update is ridiculous.

That is a very basic and necessary function that any sports scheduling app should offer. Wish our team would switch to a more functional platform.

Our local YMCA uses PlayerSpace for schedule and communications.

1. It would be really useful if the map opened up apple/google maps. I can’t even copy the address from PlayerSpace to then add manually.

2. No ability to share the schedule with another person. For example it would be nice to share a game time and the location with a grandparent via the built in share icon on the iPhone. Let me choose how to share.

3. I uploaded a photo to my profile and it appeared to share the photo to the entire team. That is crazy!

I do not understand why so little work and thought goes into making an app. Put more effort into making something that is useful.

With my sons’ teams, I’ve experienced using several different sports management apps and this is by far the worst. Sometimes I get notifications when there’s a message posted, but most of the time no notification. There’s no way to rsvp for attendance at games or practice. I haven’t found a way to sync the team schedule to my calendar. These are basic things that basically all of the other similar apps do.

Sam and Angie are the best help there is. this app has made it easy for us to assign instructors their classes, have swim instructors check off skills, and for us to communicate last minute details to our parents. In an age where going green is key it’s great to have all of the YUSA materials in a digital format!

PlayerSpace is useless for me because it doesn’t match information on the this app website. The website is trash as well. Not sure who gave this website or app the green light. It is so clunky and non intuitive. I don’t want to put pictures and stats up on PlayerSpace. I just want to know what team my kids are on and when their games and practices are.

My daughter’s camp is using PlayerSpace for communication. However, I have yet to receive a notification from the camp. I have informed the counselors and they have attempted to contact PlayerSpace developers to only be given the run around on how they can’t fix the bugs. I hope next year we go back to a different app or I will be going to a different camp.

Every time I send an email to my team and use an apostrophe, the end product that my team receives has weird symbols in place of the apostrophe. Also, the new paragraphs I begin don’t translate to the email. Please fix!

PlayerSpace does not match the information on the website. It will not load our team or schedule. If someone posts to the wire it will be on PlayerSpace but not the website or vise versa. Would not recommend. Unfortunately this is what the YMCA has decided to use so I am stuck with it.

Someone else’s pictures are showing as posted to mine and my daughters profiles... I have no clue who these people even are! Also very difficult to upload a picture. Only thing that’s easy is switching thru the different screens of PlayerSpace . Everything after that is terrible unfortunately.

YMCA Northpark in FTW uses this platform for soccer program. It’s horrible. Hard to navigate. Search field does not pull up coaches name. Had to search for program first and THEN search for Coach. Always opens a new window to another useless page.

The find team function is clunky and the help is unhelpful. Set up profile on web page, but team does not appear in app. No ability to rsvp for games from the schedule. There are 20 better team management apps.

I am supposed to use PlayerSpace for my daughters volleyball schedule and when I try to sign in it spins and then everything goes blank. Can’t use PlayerSpace it you can’t sign in!

This is the WORST app I have ever used in my life! It doesn’t work properly, has poor loading time, does not offer help, cant connect to team , and many other things. Please never ever get PlayerSpace. If I could give it a negative star rating I would.

The user interface is simply trash. There is no flow whatsoever to PlayerSpace to go back and forth between sections. I don’t even know where to begin. The YMCA uses this and they are completely wasting their money.

Messages are completely trash! Punctuation has some sort of program language showing instead of actual punctuation. Been this way for years.

Get it together you foreign developers! New update just came out, y’all did nothing to fix it.

How in the love of all that is holy did PlayerSpace get a green light? And how did YMCA get roped into using it? HOW IS PlayerSpace OVER SIX YEARS OLD‽

PlayerSpace is so frustrating. Things that show up on PC don’t in App.
