How to fix Busey app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Busey app on iPhone
Update Busey app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Busey iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Busey on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Busey network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Busey Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Busey not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Busey App
1. On android, goto Settings » Busey » click [Force Stop]

Update Busey to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Busey App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Busey » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Busey.

Fix Busey unable to contact server/ Busey internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Busey » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Busey » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
