Hello! My son’s Ninebot eKickScooter Zing C8 suddenly stopped functioning when he tried to turn it off. It did not turn off but it did not function either. Now when we push the throttle it makes nothing but a funny sound.

I’ve just replaced my rear wheel and motor on my Max G30. On first movement I’m getting a terrible vibration and shutter any time the throttle is engaged. Is it a bad motor?

Hello, since a few days my segway E4S has the problem els I turn on the light it goes from speed 25 km/h back to 15 km/h and then it keeps stuttering, it has already been reset but the problem persists , honor standing now about 1100 km on the clock! Hopefully you have a solution for this as it is unsafe to drive at night without a light. I use the E-step for commuting. thanks

I've just had my F40A scooter replaced under warranty because the app had the scooter in "Sentinel Mode" and the front drive wheel was locked so that the scooter was unusable. Tapping the icon making it go from grey to green made no difference to the locked condition of the front drive wheel. The "Sentinel Mode" icon replaced the "Lock" icon which allowed me to lock and unlock the scooter. Once I assembled and charged the replacement scooter I logged into the app and connected to the new scooter but found that the "Sentinel Mode" icon was still active but "greyed out". I know if I tap it it will change to green from grey but I'm afraid that it will again lock the front wheel. I'm aware that I can make all the setiings for the scooter without having to tap the icon, but I'm puzzled as to why this is suddenly an issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

- Heavily app dependent and the bikes are bound to a specific user via the app
- Have to register email and choose a public profile to “connect with other riders”
- Privacy settings just have the option of not sharing “distance ridden”
- Have to see some pictures with warnings and text in a laughably small font
