  Recent updates crippled kickscooter

  Since the app and firmware updates my headlight cripples the scooter, brake lights flickering and throttle acts like a car running on fumes, a weak sputter every so often in between much longer moments of acting like it’s dying. Still can’t control LEDs on this app and have to log out to revert to the old US version to control LEDs. Also the cruise control works maybe 2% of the time since update. It used to work flawlessly on all accounts but now the apps and firmware have turned my excellent scooter into a scary deathtrap that I can use in the day very carefully if I am feeling brave and lucky.

  Great app and UI

  Honestly the app is pretty good compared to the other Segway app I was using before I switched to this one. The battery limiting functionality is my favorite new feature as it helps extend the life of my batteries. The only thing I would like to see brought over to this app is the speed limiter functionality for kickscooters.

  Great for what I need

  I’m truly shocked with the amount of on reviews the app is good and opens and lock the Segway ninebot max really well and has been a charm with accurate speed read out and even down to the mileage is pretty close to being spot of truly like the app

  My fork/ neck broke on my Segway ES4 that doesn’t fold

  Nobody from Segway will tell me where to get the part or sell it to me, I’ve contacted them over 14 times and still nothing I’m at the point of telling my 4-5 buddies to go with a different brand scooter that’s not with Segway since they don’t know how to sell parts for their products if anybody is looking to part there Segway ES4 model out I’d be willing to purchase a couple parts shoot me a message on Fb my user name is Rob Viously, Thanks

  Light/brake issue and rgb control (Segway es4)

  I have the es4 model. Ever since I’ve had to switch to this app I can no longer control my under-glow or other options I used to have. Every since I switched to this new version of the app I am getting an issue when the light is on it won’t ride and the brake lights keep blinking. Please either fix the app and bring back these changes out allow us to use the older Segway Ninebot app.

  Can’t customize on Global app

  we bought 2 kick scooters and 1 scooter came a day early so we downloaded the Segway ninebot app (not the global one) and was able to customize it and make scooter kid friendly however the next day the app said there is an update saying i need to download this new global one and let me tell you it’s a piece of crap. seriously fix this app it’s absolutely horrible.

  ES4 -This app severely limits setting controls

  I have an ES4 and, like other reviewers have said, I found that this app severely limits my access to features and settings. While I appreciate the GPS locating improvements, this came at the expense of far too many other features I use regularly. This app needs to be fixed, desperately.

  Doesnt work anymore

  I own the ES2, and I cannot update the firmware to it anymore, I also cannot access my features anymore, it keeps claiming connection keeps timing out before it actually connects. I want access to everything again..this app needs help!

  Poorly tested App / List ability to use lights

  Along with the numerous other poor ratings. Please fix this app or give us the old app back that worked. Advice: Never force the use of an app until you have thoroughly tested it out before going fully LIVE. Thanks

  App does not work

  This app does not replace the prior app. This app does not connect to the ES3 scooters correctly. Login works and then nothing else works. When using previous app login is then required but works correctly so why the prompt to move to this broken one???

  Segway ninebot global app

  Was forced to “upgrade immediately” to this version, but this app is terrible and nothing works. Trouble connecting via bluetooth, inaccurate maps, can’t change speed mode, etc., etc. Please bring back the old app version 4.6.2!!

  Terrible App

  Everything the other negative reviews said plus, you can’t see range remaining and current distance traveled on same screen. Nothing in settings but firmware update. How to change from k to mi? Forced me to register in order to go for a ride. Fire all your devs.

  So hard to navigate.

  Won’t let me switch back to miles per hour. Very American comment but also very inconvenient given they ship here. Old app has this function easily accessible but I can’t find for the life of me now.
