App doesn’t capture the first hour or hour and a half of bedtime/sleep. Other apps accurately catch it, and NapBot used to.

Downloaded the app and now my iPhone won’t even turn on, tried resetting it and that’s not even working. This app is broken

I just purchased it 7 days ago. Why watch has the app on it but it doesn’t respond when I tap the “already purchased, restore purchase.” It shows the pro on my phone. I took the app off the watch, then put it back on. Turned off the watch, still not showing it.

I have been tracking my sleep for the past three weeks and all was good. Since last Thursday the app has not worked at all. I am Receiving no data even though I wear My watch to sleep every night

I purchased the app a couple of days ago but nothing happens when I touch “Already subscribed? Restore purchase” on my watch. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but it still isn’t working. Both my watch and iPhone have the latest software updates.

I just purchased it 2 days ago. Why watch has the app on it but it doesn’t respond when I tap the “already purchased, restore purchase.” It shows the pro on my phone. I took the app off the watch, then put it back on. Turned off the watch, still not showing it. I have the mirror on watch on my phone and the phone is talking to the watch because it knows it’s charged.

Your subscription will renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
