I have had many problems with my pillow app saying it doesn’t have enough data to provide a reading, despite the fact that my Apple Watch data is perfectly fine. I am not renewing because of this constant problem

Pillow opens on the screen and then just disappears. I can not set any alarm or keep it on the screen. It is still open on the phone but won't work. If I delete the app and reinstall it then it works for one night and then has the same problem. Apple watch used or not used, no difference. Background app refresh or not no difference. I did pay for premium. I really liked this app so it is crummy that it doesn't work.
