How to fix Cozycozy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cozycozy app on iPhone
Update Cozycozy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cozycozy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cozycozy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cozycozy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cozycozy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cozycozy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cozycozy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cozycozy » click [Force Stop]

Update Cozycozy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cozycozy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cozycozy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cozycozy.

Fix Cozycozy unable to contact server/ Cozycozy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cozycozy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cozycozy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
