Texas benefits won't activate me
I was getting the traditional error that same as everyone else, "There is a system error. Please try again later. If you have questions about this error, call 2-1-1 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m to 6 p.m (Central Time), and reference %%errorid%% " Try using the mobile app. It worked for me. Just do a search for my texas benefits in the Google play store. Download it, and put in all your stuff, and then attempt to upload your docs. Just note, that it only let me put in jpgs/screenshots of my docs. PDFs still don't work.

Trying to renew my son's (1) medicaid and it keeps saying "There is a system error. Please try again later. If you have questions about this error, call 2-1-1 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m to 6 p.m (Central Time), and reference 63-1696872264196-68" and it's been saying that for weeks. I can't keep wasting hours on hold and still not reach a conclusion because this is now going to affect my son's health. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I keep trying to renew my benefits online but halfway through I get an error message that there is a system error. I called 211 to report this and I still keep trying again each day but get the same error message. I have tried on multiple search engines thinking that was the problem but it’s still the same roadblock. Very frustrating.
Log on to account (same user name for past 5 years), takes me to screen to set up "Password Management" to set up contact method if pswd is forgotten. Set this up (again and again) and the site confirms my alert settings have been saved. Unfortunately, I can't go anywhere else on the site as it takes me back to the "Password Management" set up page. I've called 211 5 times, the last rep promised they put in a help ticket but IT is not their specialty..that was one month ago. I e-mailed michael.moore@hhsc with all this information one week ago and still have not heard back from anyone. Site gave me confirmation codes/I put them in...still same issue. Site briefly flashed "NetWork error when attempting to fetch resource" but then sent me back to "Password Mgmt" page. Please help resolve this issue - or e-mail me someone I can contact to resolve.
I'm facing the same issue as Heather Hays with the same error message ("There is a system error. Please try again later. If you have questions about this error, call 2-1-1 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m to 6 p.m (Central Time), and reference number ...") as well as having faced it 6 months ago with a similar error message (I had to go down to the office where they never received a single online submission)--this happened right when I got to the "Tax Return Status". I logged off and back on to refresh the application with the same results. Are we really receiving assistance or is this just a complaint form?

Format error
The app is not allowing me to upload/send my pay check stubs or my letter from my father. I even tried doing it through the make changes report. When i hit upload the file is in there but when i hit send it says i have not made any changes and cannot send the documents/files. I do not have a printer and it was due today. It was the only day i could log on and get the rest of my pay check stubs that were requested. Let me know if i can send an email?

I am consistently unable to log in to my account and when I am directed to change or reset my password, I get all the way to the page to reset it but it ALWAYS claims there is an error and to call 211, however that is NO help as there is no automated menu option to help with logging in at all. I just want to renew my benefits and the mobile app and the website both claim to have errors and I am just stuck.
