won't let me use any credit card to complete my purchase order today. never had an issue with this before.
when i check out on the ulta beauty app it wont let me use my ulta beauty credit card.
I have had issues with the Ulta site for days and get now where.. I've deleted cookies and cashe etc.......I can get into ulta and put products into cart but when I want to purchase these items the cart nothing works...I can't delete an item , can't increase numbers and when I want to check out...nothing.......anyone have issues like this and what is the Fix????????????Thanks
Whenever I try to login on the app it says the app is taking a beauty rest and the app only works once in a while.
When I open the app the screen is completely blank. I remove the app and downloaded again. Still having same problem.
It let's me search products and click on them but once I do, it won't show me the products picture or let me add to my cart, the only thing it shows is a share button that doesn't work and the name of the product.
When I try to sign in for my credit card, app won't let me enter my password. My keyboard pops up then immediately disappears.
I have an Android tablet with the latest software and yet when I try to download your app I get the message that my device is not compatible with this version of the app
Whenever I try to look at a product it never fully loads. The reviews load but the item does not unless there are other options to click on. It is like the app stops loading the product page unless you click on something. Please fix this. I don't know why you insist on everyone using the app when it does not even work correctly.
Ulta app hasn't worked right for months. When I click on an item to purchase its just not there. It doesn't load. You have lost many sales over this. Fix it
