I've installed the app and bought yearly subscription (iPhone) but there is no video in the app, sound only. I tried with reinstalling but it didn't help. Any ideas how to fix this?

How to fix Fitify app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fitify app on iPhone
Update Fitify app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fitify iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fitify on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fitify network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fitify Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fitify not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fitify App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fitify » click [Force Stop]

Update Fitify to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fitify App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fitify » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fitify.

Fix Fitify unable to contact server/ Fitify internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fitify » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fitify » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fitify
