Great workouts but glitchy

I love the workouts available and the ability to customize your workouts BUT it does have glitches. After deleting and redownloading several apps, I was able to narrow down this app as the source of audio and video issues on my phone. Any app that has audio or video on my phone was freezing and the video would stop after 3 seconds. I have a new iPhone 11 and even the photos app and camera were having issues due to having this app on my phone. Now if I want to work out, I have to download and delete every time.

I would give it a full star but you lied ,and said”it’s for free”I was happy as hell, like happy happy but then it said to buy for the, rest of the workout like bruh that made me sad you, was the only training app I used😭😭. And it ends up like the other apps you have to pay 💰 for the workout 🏋️♂️🤯.
Next t’ e you make An app make sure if you got to pay say not for free 🗽🗽🗽✌🏻

Enjoying the app as a business traveler so far.
The workout format with screen timer and simultaneous video demo is great.
Workout intensity starts very slow depending on what you input in your profile to build your personal program.
Adding fitness tools is helpful to incorporate bands, dumbbells, suspension, etc. but once added they can’t be removed from the workouts that are built. This makes it difficult to follow the personal plan on the road (when you don’t have all the fitness tools from home).
I’m enjoying it but the app would be better if there were controls to easily “dial up” intensity and “toggle” individual fitness tools on and off for workouts.
