the rewards i have on my app NEVER allow me to use them and the free smoothie deal keeps telling me it is not valid, even if i order food.

I had loaded the mobile app and deleted it by accident. I then tried to place an order on-line, and chose forgot my password, and it said there was no such email. Then I tried to create an account and it keeps saying that my phone number has been used - probably by me! I want to create an account with my mobile number which I have had ever since they came out with mobile telephones, yes I am old. What do I do? Error validating basket message for the past 3 or 4 days
App will not let me choose the delivery option. When I try to change from pickup to delivery it only flashes. Not able to switch option. I have been ordering from here for a while now with my coworkers but without being able to get delivery unfortunately I am having to order from another smoothie store. I hope you get this fixed so you don't lose other customers.
