- Issues with not seeing the blood glucose graph or bolus tracking at times

- Gray background sometimes appears

- App crashes intermittently throughout the day

- Cannot adjust the pump from the app

- Lost connection make sure phone and pump are near each other

Can't even get app to open. When I click it, it opens for a second then shuts down. Force stop did not work. Wondering if I need to uninstall.

To resolve Tandem t network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Tandem t App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tandem t » click [Force Stop]

Clear Tandem t App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tandem t » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tandem t.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tandem t » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tandem t » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tandem t
