My app says my poder account is closed I never closed it and also I did the hundredx questions and haven't got paid it's been 2 times I haven't got paid for those questions

I’m signing up for podercard as i just downloaded the app. when i get to the part where it has me select a card type, it gives me the option to select debit or credit but will not let me select either. I have an iphone & it says under each option “coming soon” ?
