My card doesn't work
Okay so I got this mobile banking for direct deposit and anyways I rented a hotel room and I put a deposit down for that hotel room it released it to my bank and I never received my deposit back from the hotel room also I never received my refund back from my Amazon and this has been over a month now I've still been waiting for my money that the bank was supposed to release to me and they never did so it's obviously a scam so this is really messed up because now I have to change my bank account this is this is I'm going to report this to the to the federal government ASAP

When applying for the card, I accidentally put in wrong info, then hitting next instead of the "x" which would have corrected the mistake. Was unable to return to that page resulting in being denied a card. It would be nice to be able to go back to previous page or review at the end in case an error was made before the program closes out leaving no alternatives of correction.

I wrote an email to them like there times gotten one response on them saying they closing my account because of suspicious activity. I never received card I call for a replacement and never received that one they keep saying I need to activate my card and which I never received. I call customer service they say my address is not a good address twice they said they going to close my account for not adding funds in which I can not add funds

Worst app ever they will close your account with your funds in the account. No matter how many times you call or who you talk to absolutely no help what so ever. Closed my account with $2000 in it & they don’t sent a check to your address it’s just your lost, don’t waste your time & money ‼️‼️‼️‼️

This company says if u meet their min requirements u can use the check feature for mobile deposit I meet their requirements then I’m told I’m sorry it’s not available to you lol how I never even used it
