- Process to get an appointment on the phone is demeaning, time consuming, and infuriating.
- Tests ordered can no longer be viewed.
- Current version of the app is not user friendly.
Can’t log into my account and says version needs update and I checked the app and there was no available update!
Log-in page will not load properly. On the main page, on the right side, after entering my information the button will not work. If I click on the SIGN IN OR ENROLL button, all I get is a blue page-nothing else. Please advise, thank you.
Trying to log in via my computer. Security code sent to my phone.I enter it and up comes the message that there has been an error and I should log out and try again. I have tried 6 or more times. The same thing happens.
Trying to log in via my computer. 3 times security code sent to my cell phone. I enter it and it says "Ooops there is an error. Log out and log back in"
Can’t login. App is telling me its not supported and needs to be updated. It also won’t accept my user name. Says it’s wrong every time. Restarted phone. Removed and reinstalled app. It’s still garbage.
