I can not access my your doctor app as it continuously says loading.

I've tried downloading the app many times, but it doesn't work at all. It downloads, but then won't open. This is very frustrating because I'd like to cancel the service, and there seems to be no way to contact. Would appreciate any advice. Thanks.

How to fix YourDoctors app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the YourDoctors app on iPhone
Update YourDoctors app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall YourDoctors iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix YourDoctors on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve YourDoctors network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

YourDoctors Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix YourDoctors not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the YourDoctors App
1. On android, goto Settings » YourDoctors » click [Force Stop]

Update YourDoctors to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear YourDoctors App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » YourDoctors » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart YourDoctors.

Fix YourDoctors unable to contact server/ YourDoctors internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click YourDoctors » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto YourDoctors » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch YourDoctors
