App will not stay on setting such as a car modified setting or even a quit setting. I will work ok but if you get a call or an alert or what ever message it will go back to automatic on settings. Very disappointing if not resolved will return hearing aids to Costco.

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S7 phone. I recently purchased Kirklands KS 10.0 hearing aids. I've repeatedly downloaded the Easy Line Remote app but it keeps closing. It is the only app that does that on my phone. I see by he reviews this is a common problem with the Easy Line Remote app. along with failure to retain settings. Is their a " Fix " or is this app just another piece of " crap " ????????

Just purchased KS10 hearing aids, Was able to pair the hearing aids and connect to the easy line app. However I am unable to access the advanced features. Using iPhone 11 with updated iOS software and the most recent easy line software. Is this an app issue or did my hearing aid tech disabled this feature?

I have had Kirkland ks 6 and 8. Both made for iPhone. Now have Ks 10. AIDS ok but easy line remote junk! It takes control of app and the adjustments you make do not stay connected! Yes I have most recent “fix” from about six days ago. My husband texted me and I could tell immediately that my easy line volume adjustments were gone! WHY!! Ready to go back to resound!!!

App keeps going back to Automatic. Any new adjustments are lost when the app goes back to auto. Hearing aids are brilliant, the app sucks. Please work on an update.

The hearing aids are very good. However, the Easy Line Remote app is the poorest I have ever seen. You create a custom program and the app will not remain in that program. It reverts to the automatic program - one of the 4 that came with the app. I have to change programs nearly 15-20 times a day. If I change the automatic program, I have to rename it. It still will not stay in the new program. It goes back to the automatic program. This is totally unacceptable and may cause me to return the hearing aids and purchase something else.

The quality of youe hearing aids seem very good. The app to control them stinks.. my Ks10's are brand new. If a fix is not forthcoming I'm going to get my money back! The issue is whenever you choose a progam,anything but Automatic. it won't stay in that program if you open your iphone to use another app. It reverts to a loud Automatic setting Not Good!~!

Pressing "comfort" gives comfort so long as I do not go back to the main screen, or shut off the app. I tried to save the "comfort" as a custom prog. Yes - I can recall this prog, but it stays in the prog only as long as the app is active. Thus user customized progs are useless. The above behavior is for any user custom prog. Built in progs, like "Restaurant" are remembered by the hearing aids. My phone is Moto G6 with Android 9.

It appears that the K10 hearing aids have a lot of capability, but the limitations and failures of the app (even with the May 2021 update) take almost all of that away. While there are customizable adjustments and programs, the app seems to change back to the preset Automatic (at least) everytime you touch your cell phone - and maybe just at other random times. There is no indication to the wearer, other than hearing changes, that the app has defaulted to the Automatic program. To try to minimize these uncommanded, seemingly random, program changes, I've unconnected the separate Bluetooth connection that ties my iPhone to the right hearing aid for phone calls, music and other audio. I think that helps some, but not much. Too bad, unless the app is fixed, I'll probably just go back to my 6 year old hearing aids.

I was thrilled when I got my KS10 hearing aids, but this app leaves so much to be desired! From random program changes to the very narrow feature set to the fact that there isn't support for the Apple watch it's overall not terribly useful. Giving the app a serious UI overhaul and presenting the available programs and sound options front and center would go a long way toward improving the ux with this line of hearing aids. The app shouldn't require an internet connection to use - and it should more clearly disclose what data is being sent! It makes it impossible to change some settings if I'm in an area without connectivity. If the app requires connectivity, then there should be an iOS widget to perform settings changes that does not require a connection to the internet.

I’m not sure why a developer would release an app that has so many bugs in it. It is clearly unfinished. What surprises me further is that Costco would allow this to be paired with their hearing aids. The devices themselves are great!! This app is a failure. My hearing aids seem just as confused as I am with regard to what they are listening to. The devices turn on and off, lose pairing with the app and that means zero control over the devices. I had to remove this from my phone in order to use the hearing aids. I’ve paired and repaired, deleted and reinstalled the app, made sure my software for my phone is up to date and still this app creates chaos with the devices. I would recommend not using this app until someone with common sense finishes the app and re-releases a new version.
