I have a problem with Ascension Online Care

I need to change my password but haven't received email.

I am trying to get logged in. Need to reset my password but haven't received an email to change it.

To resolve Ascension Online Care network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Ascension Online Care App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ascension Online Care » click [Force Stop]

Clear Ascension Online Care App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ascension Online Care » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ascension Online Care.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ascension Online Care » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ascension Online Care » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ascension Online Care
