It isn't keeping the sleep data. It was working fine and is keeping track of all the other data. It keeps the sleep data for just that day, and then it's gone.

Got my first watch wet and it ceased proper functioning. Ordered a second watch(same model as first) then unbound the first watch and bound the new watch to the app. Did a test of the Heart rate and Blood pressure portions. seemed fine but the app has not recorded any graph data for HR or BP since the first watch dying on 6 OCT 22. New watch was installed midday on 7 OCT 22. No listing for HR or BP after 6 OCT 22. How do I get the APP to start recording data again. Yes it sync'd successfully, still no new daily data recordings.

hi there My smartphone updated to android12 version yesterday and since then my Fitcloudpro app wont work properly . The only setting I'm having issues with is "run in background permission. I have a samsung a32 phone, i've gone to setting>battery and device care>battery>background usage limits>never sleeping apps. I cant find fitcloudpro to add to the list. I'm i looking in the right place or is there something else i need to do. Thanks

Hi. I' installed your software on my Galaxy M32, and connect it with my smartwatch (Ansung C7). Afetr connecting them, I don't found any contacts transfered....
