My FitCloudPro does not notify me when I meet my steps goal?

Watch works really well, but the weather never updates. All other notifications and pushes work fine. Does anyone know how to get the weather to work

Why can’t I track routes on the fitcloudpro map, I have a IPhone 11 and a Lige BW0327A watch. it registers the distance I have walked in the app but does not show the route

Weather isn't staying updated. I've uninstalled and re installed and it updated. However; it only updated to the current weather at that time. Do I have to uninstall and reinstall every time to update the weather?

Can't get the weather to work. I made sure the local my location has been turned on. Reinstalled app. Reset watch the temperature temporarily goes to 20 degrees (witch is wrong) rebind the watch then then the temp goes to 0 degrees and never changes. Please tell me what I'm missing. Thanks.

Connecting the generic C21 Smartwatch to a smartphone. 1. Assuming you have it already installed, Uninstall FitCloudPro from your phone. 2 Except for turning Bluetooth on, Do NOT touch the BT settings (pairingC21) on your phone. 3. On the watches “phone” menu, go to System, touch Reset, the watch is back to factory default settings. 4. Download the FitCloudPro again. Pair “C21 – XXx” Agree to the permissions and set everything up. Good Luck

I got fit cloud pro for a Christmas gift. ID ft_3ee0f12f . It said I walked 8000 some steps for a total of 65 miles. Maybe I drove that many miles!! Can you calibrate your steps? Reset this watch? So far I dont believe this is accurate. Please advise on what to do>> thanks

Since recent upgrade, raise to wake no longer works. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app I also unbound and rebound the watch. Still not working. All settings are correct.

My fit cloud pro will not sync the correct time

The app is not recording or keeping records of my blood oxygen. I can force it to measure it, but it will not show me any statistics or previous records, and not send any information to Apple Health. So when I look at either app it looks like my blood oxygen has never been measured, even though it is supposed to measure continuously.

It isn't keeping the sleep data. It was working fine and is keeping track of all the other data. It keeps the sleep data for just that day, and then it's gone.

Got my first watch wet and it ceased proper functioning. Ordered a second watch(same model as first) then unbound the first watch and bound the new watch to the app. Did a test of the Heart rate and Blood pressure portions. seemed fine but the app has not recorded any graph data for HR or BP since the first watch dying on 6 OCT 22. New watch was installed midday on 7 OCT 22. No listing for HR or BP after 6 OCT 22. How do I get the APP to start recording data again. Yes it sync'd successfully, still no new daily data recordings.

hi there My smartphone updated to android12 version yesterday and since then my Fitcloudpro app wont work properly . It wont synchronize data so my steps are not recorded and also last night my sleep data wasnt recorded. What can I do about this as I cannot reverse the update to Android 12 on my phone. The only setting I'm having issues with is "run in background permission. I have a samsung a32 phone, i've gone to setting>battery and device care>battery>background usage limits>never sleeping apps. I cant find fitcloudpro to add to the list. I'm i looking in the right place or is there something else i need to do. Thanks

The app will not relay local temperature even though all permissions are given. When trying to do anything, it seems there are network problems on your end.

Alerts for phone calls and text messages are very intermittent. More often than not I don't receive them. I NEED THEM TO WORK ALL THE TIME. Also weather does not come close.

Fit bit not working. Blood pressure, data, sleep, heartrate, blood oxygen, steps and weather all inaccurate as many other people have complained about. Bought one for my spouse and myself. We should be able to monitor accurate health issues which is the reason for wearing a smart watch. Very disappointed.

I changed several smart watches and my conclusion and impressions are that smart watches are big fraud. All the time problems, incorrect measuring and so on. I won't buy smart watches anymore-never!

My smartwatch doesn't maintain connection with my phone during dial update. I doesn't sync either, and I bought it yesterday.

I'm happy with most of the watch and app features, but the weather doesn't change, even though I have given ALL permissions and location, etc as it requested. The temperature on the watch has NEVER changed from 32 ever since I bought it. Now I'm tired of trying, restarting, turning the app on and off and so on. I just want to remove the weather display from the watch face so that it doesn't annoy me any more. How can I do that please?

I purchased 2 watches and the weather is not working on either of them. Both have location permission. What can I do?
