FitCloudPro Status

Sleep time not accurate. I go to bed weekdays between 8 and 9 pm. Sleep time does not start until 9:32. How can I fix the time to when I actually go to bed?

Fitcloudpro stopped reading night time oxygen. I've deleted and reinstalled the app but that didn't help. Please can you help me.

Hello, I am wondering why my FitCloud Pro crashes after successfully binding it to my MOI Ultra Watch. Please help.

I have been using Fitcloudpro successfully for nearly two years when my watch suddenly failed. I have purchased a new watch (LIGE Smartwatch - BW1830) It binds with Fitcloudpro and records on "Today" activities, Sleep, Blood Pressure etc. The latest readings. Only when I touch say "Blood Pressure" it shows the last 6 days figures for my old watch ( now nearly a month old) and not the last few days on the new watch! What is going wrong? And how do I fix it? I have tried uninstalling Fitcloudpro and reinstalling, unbinding watch and re-connecting, but it makes no difference!

HI, just wondering i have an i fit cloud watch and i like it very much. The watch goes into diagnostics mode some times for no reason?? first is this a known problem? how can i use the diagnostics mode ? and how can i enter it ? is there a software upgrade that stops this from happening ??

Trying to change watch face and it keeps saying network error

Connection for audio present via Blue tooth. But app stuck saying syncing and when looking at device area on the app states still connecting even though connected for audio calls znd watch show connected symbol

The dial faces opened the first time, but now they won't open at all. Keep getting "load failed" and network error, but my network is fine. Everything else is working on my network. I think there might be an issue with the page this pulls from. Please fix it. This is one of the features I love on this watch.

App won’t open, don’t know if servers are down or app is no longer online. Tried deleting and reinstalling, tried restarting phone and watch, nothing worked.

Cannot access the dial center on my phone. I keep getting load failed click reload...nor see the current dial on the phone i get no data error. If i cannot get this remedied in 24 hours i will send the watch back for a full refund and have only had it for 6 hours. I am not unschooled when it comes to setting up Electonics so i know it not me that has the issue...all other functions on the watch work but i cannot log into the app with my email and password nor can i change the password i keep getting connection errors I uninstalled the app twice and reset the watch twice also at the same time

Can’t connect to new WatchFace than I signed out. After that I deleted than reinstalled app FitCloudPro. Trying to sign in but is showing: Error gateway, server acting as gateway or proxy, receiving invalid response from upstream server.

My step counter is not accurate. Can it be calibrated to be more accurate? If so, how? Also, does anyone ever get actual answers to these issues?
