How to fix quip app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the quip app on iPhone
Update quip app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall quip iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix quip on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve quip network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

quip Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix quip not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the quip App
1. On android, goto Settings » quip » click [Force Stop]

Update quip to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear quip App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » quip » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart quip.

Fix quip unable to contact server/ quip internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click quip » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto quip » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch quip
