App updates needed (unless I am missing something ): 1. ECG results do not say if normal or abnormal (Other apps with different watches do) so the ECG itself is no help. 2. trouble integrating with apple health app on iphone - no data being sent 3. provides health index chart after ECG results but does not provide any information to compare indices to see if you have a health problem or not - what do the different indices mean? Hope they can update app with these items.

Primary reason for returning this is that the bp function is not reliable. When I first set this yesterday, I seem to remember a screen where you could calibrate that function, but with the now standard “almost” translations you get cobbled up English and I can’t find that screen anymore. The sleep tracking log is pathetic to try to use, also, it is supposed to keep a log of the data, but that log can not be found. Last reason to return this is that the watch just sits there and plays dead when I would receive phone calls and texts.

The sleep activity, activity reminder, and drink reminders are not setup for night workers who sleep during the day. Then why do you offer a 24hr clock? The heart & BP App do not let you pick what HR or BP is considered high and vibrate to notify you? Also the step app does not provide previous daily steps in miles. Now my old MorePro watch and app did all the above except the drink reminder and not being set up for night shift workers?

your products is really good i like it a lot it is what you expect out of a smart watch it takes a sec to figure out but its nice the only thing i would change is being able to customize what you see when you swipe right like add more displays other than step count heart rate and sleep monitor but over all this is amazing 👍

It’s not a Fitbit that’s for sure. I don’t like the fact that it constantly changes the clock face when I’ve already selected the one I want. There are very few watch faces to select from. The instructions that are included are not descriptive enough. But it does stay on and I like the magnetic band as it doesn’t get caught on clothing.

For real it makes me mad I was so excited to get one of these and then my mom gave me hers cuz the metal breaks her out and I could not pair it myself my mom ended up figuring some of it out and it paired well eventually it wasn’t connected again and I haven’t since be able to get this thing to pair it’s really sad I just wanna be able to see ppl txt me on my phone through my watch but guess what ain’t got that once to be able to happen idk what to do this was a huge let down so I give it 1 star

This application works very well so far! I believe there will be more put into FitCloudPro down the road. The developer has updated FitCloudPro as recently as one month ago. I hope that the support continues. I’m hoping to see more watch faces in the near future. But so far, a really good app.

FitCloudPro is HORRIBLE when it comes to displaying steps throughout the week. I constantly have entire DAYS missing from my step counter data for the week.

The lack of watch faces make it boring and limited, and the fact that it frequently disconnects from the Bluetooth without me ever having done anything to it makes me really dislike it. I honestly should have just spent the money for a FitBit or an Apple Watch.

If you’re reading this DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Before you ask, I have the vibration dial set to 0, but if I put my wrist in a certain way, the watch vibrates like crazy, and I get that there are sensors, but dang, it’s super inconvenient to have your watch vibrating.... other than that it’s a good product.

I am a little frustrated. I am trying to bind my email but it keeps telling me that the email already exists and to use another one. I sent an email to the company but nobody answered me so I thought I’d try this way. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling FitCloudPro but that didn’t work. Please help.

I’ve been using this app for over a month now, and I love everything about it … almost.

I would love to see a REM (Rapid Eye Movement) measurement added to the sleep module.

Since REM is generally understood to be the sleep cycle when we are dreaming, getting this measurement is very important.

Also, I would like to have the option to see the sleep data in “pie” and “bar” charts.

Lastly, you need to change the color palette in your sleep chart, to a color scheme that has better contrast between the different values.

(Right now, with pale orange and cream pastels, the chart is not easy to read.)

Overall, a great App.

FitCloudPro needs to update the clock templates to more variety. It would be great to have at least a dozen sub-hand dial faces that also incorporate the same time but in digital within the dial.

Pairing took several attempts but hasn’t needed to be reconnected since. Almost all the notifications work except for text/sms/messaging notifications. I hope that update is to come soon.

I have an iPhone 7 and I can’t seem to connect my text messages on the watch. The messages I get on the watch is from fb messenger and instagram. How do I fix that?

I would love FitCloudPro to offer a bigger font, and more contrast in color in the sleep part of FitCloudPro . Overall I really like the watch and FitCloudPro . I have tried others and have not been impressed.

Please add Always on Display feature.
i really love to wear this watch. I want my watch to turn always on. i don’t care about battery life. Turn wrist wake is too slow to take action.

The pedometer function for FitCloudPro is extremely disappointing. I compared step count results for FitCloudPro with three others and FitCloudPro had the fewest steps recorded. I’ve tried resetting FitCloudPro but it didn’t resolve the faulty step counting. I would gladly rate FitCloudPro five stars if this basic function was more accurate. Please fix.

Using FitCloudPro with IPhone 8 ver 13.7 and DTX smartwatch. Unfortunately the weather is not updating properly. Temperature and conditions are wildly off from local conditions. Temperature can vary 10-15 degrees. Cloudy when sunny. No way in app to adjust weather location.

With the most recent update my app is useless, it does not allow we me to check measurements (obviously the all at one time was removed) but can’t even do it individually. Now nothing is saved, even after sync nothing uploads to FitCloudPro . What’s the use of having an app if it doesn’t do anything! Very disappointed in new update!

 ​  There are a lot of message reminders provided, and I am only worried about one point. Now I am all satisfied. I have both work and life. It is practical   ‍  ‌

   Having to pay is annoying but I understand the authors here do need a source of income during this tough time‌     

​  There could definitely be some better editing on the stories but considering that some authors are only teenagers they definitely write a lot better than me        

   There are some really good stories and I love it that it gives me the opportunity to show my work and get paid for it‍      ‍

 ​The heart rate test is very accurate. It would be better if the record of each manual measurement can be saved, and I hope to update it later      ‌

 ​ Once I didn’t know where to put my phone, I found the phone with a bracelet, the phone rang, very useful    ‍ 

‌‌  Stories really grip you and the some of them are quite short so you can read quite quickly.     ‍  

   I think FitCloudPro has a lot of potential in the future. Its quite new but already they have a lot of popular books  ​     

I’ve tried a apps from a half dozen “smart watches” and FitCloudPro is far and away the best of the bunch. Yes, the translations are not good but the readings and data collection are excellent!!

You get what you pay for. These bracelets and associated apps are a waste of money. The bracelet does not stay connected with either app. The bracelet’s measures are highly inaccurate. Most of the other reviews in here are obviously fake. If I could give zero stars I would. I threw mine in the garbage and went and bought a real smart watch (Garmin). Now it is really worth 5 or 6 times the money!

Great functions! Love it so much! Just a little suggestion for developers, is it possible to add telegram app as well? I think it is also quite a popular app among users.

  ‍ FitCloudPro has a lot of dials. I was worried that there are too few dials on the bracelet. I didn't like it. I didn't expect that FitCloudPro could provide many choices, which is great.
