Hi, I was trying to change my wallpaper picture on my watch, and it kept saying download failed. I uninstalled the app and now I have lost all the wallpapers in the Dial library. How do I get them back? When I try to create my own it says download failed. Please advise. Thank you
The QR code won’t scan on the iPhone and the Bluetooth doesn’t register the watch either. The phone is update to latest iOS. I have deleted the program and the app several times and still nothing.

The application does not allow the Phone to connect to the HT29 no name smartwatch if you change operator and consequently, the e-mail and phone number. Only one login is possible with the original operator. Subsequent login, whether with the original pr New operator, are not allowed or are blocked, even though the phone has FCP instaled, whis states that the device is not recognized. I suspect there is a bug in the cloud-based application that prevents the deletion od forgotten passwords and e-mail, thus blocking new new logi s. Please privide a solution to this problem. I could not change the time to standard time. I finally deleted the app and reloaded it. I tried to sign in but was asked for a password i did not have. I clicked forgot password. I was to be sent an email to update my password. I never received the email.

Buenos días Señores, tenemos problemas con la aplicación, dice ERROR DE RED INTENTELO MÁS TARDE, esto aparece desde ayer cuando actualicé la aplicación desde la play store, estaba en 2.2.3 pase a 2.2.5 y empezó este error a salir, reinicié el reloj y al ubicar el qr descargué la versión 2.2.6 la cual es la última. My issue is with the sports push. There are manysports push features in the app, several of which are on my watch. I don't need some of the ones on my watch. I DO need treadmill and elliptical, which were not on the watch by default. I can download either treadmill or elliptical. But when I download the other one, insteading of adding it to the watch, it replaces the one I just downloaded. Example: I download treadmill. After downloading treadmill I want to add elliptical. After downloading elliptical, treadmill is no longer on my watch. Is this normal? How can this be fixed? Thank you.

The setup of your watch is crazy........ The amount of time it takes to try and change a password is nuts. I am more than frustrated with it too. trying to retrieve the email and put the code in it's place before it stops is almost impossible. Starting yesterday, 11/6/21, when I open the Fit app on my phone it wants me to sign in. I enter email address and password and it keeps saying "Loading" forever until it times out. Try connecting my Locmat Attack V2 to the Fit cloudPro app. Phone pairs via Bluetooth with the watch but when I try to bind the watch with your app. The app tells me it's unable to bind. I've tried all of the recommended procedures with no results. I really like this watch I really like your app but kind of pointless if nothing works. Please contact me and tell me whether I should bother buying another watch because if it won't bind with this particular watch and is not compatible like advertised, What's the point.

Primary reason for returning this is that the bp function is not reliable. When I first set this yesterday, I seem to remember a screen where you could calibrate that function, but with the now standard “almost” translations you get cobbled up English and I can’t find that screen anymore. The sleep tracking log is pathetic to try to use, also, it is supposed to keep a log of the data, but that log can not be found. Last reason to return this is that the watch just sits there and plays dead when I would receive phone calls and texts.

For real it makes me mad I was so excited to get one of these and then my mom gave me hers cuz the metal breaks her out and I could not pair it myself my mom ended up figuring some of it out and it paired well eventually it wasn’t connected again and I haven’t since be able to get this thing to pair it’s really sad I just wanna be able to see ppl txt me on my phone through my watch but guess what ain’t got that once to be able to happen idk what to do this was a huge let down so I give it 1 star

This app is HORRIBLE when it comes to displaying steps throughout the week. I constantly have entire DAYS missing from my step counter data for the week.
The lack of watch faces make it boring and limited, and the fact that it frequently disconnects from the Bluetooth without me ever having done anything to it makes me really dislike it. I honestly should have just spent the money for a FitBit or an Apple Watch.
