MY PUBUFIT P20z is not connecting to my iphone. So I cannot open the features on the iphone. I have reset and restarted the watch. It still does not connect. It is fully charged.

How to fix PubuFit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PubuFit app on iPhone
Update PubuFit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PubuFit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PubuFit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PubuFit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PubuFit Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PubuFit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PubuFit App
1. On android, goto Settings » PubuFit » click [Force Stop]

Update PubuFit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PubuFit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PubuFit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PubuFit.

Fix PubuFit unable to contact server/ PubuFit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PubuFit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PubuFit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PubuFit
