Trying to install the app on iPhone. Get "unexpected error" when trying to verify my phone number. I wanted to use this app with CarPlay. Turns out its unusable. I'll wait for another gasoline company to come up with an app that works with CarPlay.

The app will not open. It worked great for months and now it will not connect. I have tried multiple stations

First time user today. Could not authorize. Gave up and moved on.

On 6-07-2023 Tried using the Chevron App and I could not get authorized. I had to start over 3 times before I gave up using the app. Is there a way that I can get the reward by entering the invoice number from the receipt? On 6-04-2023 At a different Chevron station, the Pay icon would not activated. I have been to this station before and never had a problem. I'm not happy with using this app and may discontinue the use of it.

App hasn’t worked for couple of months now. Either it says not at pump, this station doesn’t participate , when they do or doesn’t authorize.

On iPhone app was recently updated. Now, unable to login with phone number due to "unexpected error" continuously. Persists through app delete/re-install as well as phone power cycle. In app help doesn't appear to work either. Any pointers that get it to work again will be most appreciated.

I can access everything on my app, get to login, advances, the blank white screen. Try to go back, asks me if I want to logout. Happens too frequently. All other apps work, no problems

I filled up this morning I am traveling and now it says I can't use my card

The app says I'm not at a station when I'm parked next to the pump.

Moves very slowly. It takes forever to find the station and I am sitting there. Then every step after that takes a very long time. This has happened at multiply stations.

When I go to use it it ask for my my password I use the one for my phone than it just says waiting Sometimes says there’s a problem try later. Very upsetting that I can’t use it

I am having issue with the chevron app I have an e gift card I’m trying to use and was told to use the app literally now to find out it’s not even working.
