I 'm unable to download offline maps, when I try I get a storage permission not granted message.

I upgraded my account to pro a few weeks ago and it’s still showing that it is in basic subscription. I’m trying to see land line/ownership. Every time I click on landowner/private boundary it says must upgrade. When I click upgrade it says I’ve already paid for the subscription?
pro card number keeps coming up as incorrect. I have emailed customer service about 30 hrs ago and no response. I can't renew my subscription and I'm out in the mountains hunting.
