I upgraded my account to pro a few weeks ago and it’s still showing that it is in basic subscription. I’m trying to see land line/ownership. Every time I click on landowner/private boundary it says must upgrade. When I click upgrade it says I’ve already paid for the subscription?

How to fix BaseMap app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BaseMap app on iPhone
Update BaseMap app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BaseMap iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BaseMap on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BaseMap network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BaseMap Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BaseMap not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BaseMap App
1. On android, goto Settings » BaseMap » click [Force Stop]

Update BaseMap to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BaseMap App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BaseMap » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BaseMap.

Fix BaseMap unable to contact server/ BaseMap internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BaseMap » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BaseMap » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BaseMap
