I have a problem with TripShot

- App takes longer to start up due to showing the map first

- Takes 3 slow taps to access the times of the two most used routes

- No guidance on how to record trips in the "My Trips" section

- No Watch app to see how far away the bus is

- Notifications are not always reliable

- App does not display accurate arrival times

- Search results highlight convoluted routes instead of direct ones

- App does not display company routes and requires users to enter their destination

To resolve TripShot network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the TripShot App
1. On android, goto Settings » TripShot » click [Force Stop]

Clear TripShot App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TripShot » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TripShot.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TripShot » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TripShot » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TripShot
