I wanted to purchase Tylenol 8-hr arthritis pain formulation 100 caplets for $16.99. My account showed that I have over $100 on my HB card. The store is on the approved list and the item is listed as an OK for purchase. The purchase was denied. I'm tired of the hassle I get with trying to use this card.

I have been trying to place an order thru the Walmart online with my benefits card. When I get to check out it will not go thru , it keeps coming back with " there is one or more item with a change of price , please confirm price change." There is no place to confirm . Please let me know what to do.
When I enter my information on the Healthy Benefits app login page and press log in, the app crashes
First problem comes at login. I have it set to use biometrics as my sign-in method. Every time that I try to use it it says, error: your session has expired. I then end up putting in my email address which brings up my saved passwords through the Samsung app and if I click on that the email and the password show up for about 2 seconds and then disappear and I have to then go and enter everything manually even though it's actually saved. The next part may just be my lack of understanding how to use the app in the way you've got it set up but I can't go from my home screen to the healthy benefits part of the card and then back again to access the flex account part on the app without exiting the app completely and starting all over again. Also if I try to do any shopping online from the healthy benefits app it only gives me the option of shopping at Walmart from the app itself. I do understand that you can actually go to the websites of some of the places that say that are approved to buy items online but I have actually never been able to do that because it always says that I cannot apply this payment method to what I'm looking to purchase. I will however state that if I go to that physical location, I can generally use the card to pick up the item I was trying to buy online that the website said I wasn't able to use the card to purchase. 🤷♂️

The app is pretty lousy. Often when i need to check my balance it requires me to sign in even though my thumbprint should be adequate. When i try to sign in, it doesn't accept my password. If i manage to log in, it doesn't show my real time balance leaving me to factor in my most recent purchases. I'm beginning to think it's more a headache than a help although i do appreciate the extra dollars to cover my monthly expenses.

Healthy Benefits Plus app and website is not working.
Every month I have this problem. It's always the same it crashes it freezes then it will allow me to login but I can't go any further. It's not my phone and it's not my Wi-Fi. It's your horrible app.
App stalls when I try to access my OTC benefits page. Uninstalled and installed app three times. Still stalling. Restarted phone. Still stalling. Called customer service. Still stalling. This is very frustrating. Please fix!!!

Tried to open the app - put in my user name and password, but it wouldn't let me sign in (grayed out, not an option.) So I clicked on setting up new account, and then got the message "Error - account already exists." Then the page froze entirely and I had to force my phone to shut down. What gives?!

They canceled my card by mistake they said they were issuing me a new card but it would take 10 to 20 days where I need to use my food allowance now they gave me the card number and the code I don't know how to key it in so I can get my products please help me
