I have been trying to place an order thru the Walmart online with my benefits card. When I get to check out it will not go thru , it keeps coming back with " there is one or more item with a change of price , please confirm price change." There is no place to confirm . First problem comes at login. I have it set to use biometrics as my sign-in method. Every time that I try to use it it says, error: your session has expired. I then end up putting in my email address which brings up my saved passwords through the Samsung app and if I click on that the email and the password show up for about 2 seconds and then disappear and I have to then go and enter everything manually even though it's actually saved. The next part may just be my lack of understanding how to use the app in the way you've got it set up but I can't go from my home screen to the healthy benefits part of the card and then back again to access the flex account part on the app without exiting the app completely and starting all over again. Also if I try to do any shopping online from the healthy benefits app it only gives me the option of shopping at Walmart from the app itself. I do understand that you can actually go to the websites of some of the places that say that are approved to buy items online but I have actually never been able to do that because it always says that I cannot apply this payment method to what I'm looking to purchase. I will however state that if I go to that physical location, I can generally use the card to pick up the item I was trying to buy online that the website said I wasn't able to use the card to purchase. 🤷♂️

The app is pretty lousy. Often when i need to check my balance it requires me to sign in even though my thumbprint should be adequate. When i try to sign in, it doesn't accept my password. If i manage to log in, it doesn't show my real time balance leaving me to factor in my most recent purchases. I'm beginning to think it's more a headache than a help although i do appreciate the extra dollars to cover my monthly expenses.
