I wanted to purchase Tylenol 8-hr arthritis pain formulation 100 caplets for $16.99. My account showed that I have over $100 on my HB card. The store is on the approved list and the item is listed as an OK for purchase. The purchase was denied. I'm tired of the hassle I get with trying to use this card.

I have downloaded the app on my android (samsung)but no where do I see a way to scan products while shopping to deter.ine eligibility of the product. I have downloaded a scanning app thinking maybe I needed to do that. No change. I have called customer service 2x but they just take me to the app and tell me I can now scan. Is this an older version I have, or what?

I downloaded the app to my cellphone and when I click on Flex Allowance, it does nothing! I have no idea what my benefits even are? Where can I find a list of what the actual benefits are? This card is useless to me if I don't even know what it covers!
