Not receiving my code when loggingbin
Trying to sign into VA app and it keeps trying to open in web browser on android phone. I can't get past the sign in. After getting the phone text with security access I type that in and then the web browser asks "open" , "close webpage" or cancel but and by then I am in the web browser and never get into the VA app.
When I log into myhealthyvet everything works except the messaging part of the site. Since my primary care team never answer the phone and the only messages I can leave are supposed to be relayed and are limited to "call him back" its very frustrating. How can I make the messaging function actually work.
My VA app stopped working a couple of days ago. It signed me out and now I can't get past the sign in page. It keeps redirecting me out of the app and to a web page sign in and i can't sign in on the web page either. I am able to still log in on y computer through the web.
