    Really??

    Just got on the UHC program and was excited about getting some otc products with Health Care Plus. looked through the catalog(not as excited as many of the products I use weren’t there). But, I made a list, tried it on-line(now I’m even less than excited as some of my order wasn’t available) so, I said ‘what the hell, I’ll just call in my order’. My list of seven items were reduced down to one that was available for shipping, a $4.97 package of bandages ended up costing almost $12! WTH?someone is making money off this scheme! Evidently I can go to Walmart and pick up the items but that’s a 40 mile drive, what about people that aren’t able to drive? Just needed to vent. I hope that the UHC program that it’s affiliated with is more functional!

    Not very useful

    While the account balance feature, the store locator and the Membership Barcode are handy, The online shopping feature is totally useless. The eligible items lack a url connecting them to the item on the Walmart website. So you end up having to search for each item at Walmart and the descriptions from the app often don’t match up well with the items at Walmart. App freezes up during setup at the location services step on iPad mini 4, running ios 12.x

    First day on Medicare & OTC a big disappointment

    I went on-line last week to view available products & went to Walmart to test. I saw name brand Alleve on-line & decided to use my OTC card w no luck. No size, no nothing. Is this meant as a kind of wack-a-mole. Just bring a bunch of stuff to to the counter just to be rejected & frustrated. So clerk told me to get the APP. I can see by the reviews that this is not a better option. And the government wants to run everyone’s healthcare?

From first day that tried to use Healthy Benefits Plus it has been one disappointment after another:
- most of the items are not covered.
- my local stores are not participating or they don’t even recognize or never heard about HB+ . And many other issues with this benefit.

I am a 70 yr. old female, who do not drive, and I’m on a fixed income. I don’t always have money to take a cab to do my grocery shopping. I wish y’all would set up a catalog, like you have for the OTC supplies, so people up in age that don’t drive, can order food items over the phone, or the internet, and it can be delivered to our home. I really hope , you will take that into consideration. Please think about, because I don’t have to worry about going to a pharmacy or store to pick up any medical supplies at all. All I have to do is go on the internet, and order what I need, from the OTC catalog, and wait for my order to be delivered.

I posted a complaint about not being able to use the card at cvs,11223 granger rd garfield hts,ohio and walgreens 5090 turney ed Garfield hts and walgreens 12777 rockside ed garfield hts 44125 scanned the barcode and typed in the card number and the card would not work

Healthy benefits plus app stopped working on my phone and my wife's phone within an hour of each other. Worked fine for over a year and a half until 2 days ago. When I call the support line no one can help and passes it off to someone else. Support website for app not working either. Also things covered in catalog are not covered at walmart store. Manager at walmart says numbers don't match
Also when I call healthynenefits by phone to place an order, they have always gotten it wrong. Getting very frustrated.....Thinking very hard about staying with Anthem next time.

I am excited! I finally have an insurance plan that covers my health and well-being, I just gonna say that the customer service might need some social skills, (me too) lol but im working on that so im not complaining just saying. Thank you for all you do, especially keeping up to date with the covid 19 pandemic it's encouraging!! I I think it is anyway.
