I was going to put in an order for Uber eats to deliver some groceries, but canceled the order. The funds was taken off my card and the amount was $98.49 I have sent emails to Devoted Haelth and also called to see if I could get the funds added back onto my card. I haven't heard a word and it's been since the 1st of May. I would appreciate someone getting back with me asap. Thanks &have a blessed day

won't let me pay my spectrum bill using my healthybenefitcard. states insufficient benefit balance to cover payment. I have been having trouble for about 3 months now. Had to call to make payment but this month 10/1/2023 can't get through to reach customer service to pay spectrum that way. Something needs to be done asap to take care of this problem. It is very frustrating. Old card worked better this new card sucks

Account was deactivated….but why?? Says to call number on back of card, except we have no cards. I used this ?benefit? In January when this service was new and after one order, we’ve been eliminated. Really bad. I’m calling UHC to ask for help and to register a complaint. This company needs to get its act together or let someone else provide the benefit which doesn’t feel like a benefit if it’s only a hassle.

Hi this Iris Hutchinson. I'm not very pleased. I'm having trouble placing Orders with Healthy benefits plus. The problem is Walmart needs better customer service . They need to see what is going on with the healthy benefits plus program.They can't take Orders and don't have any knowledge about peoples OTC and healthy products. They to investigate the situation.

Placed mine and my husband's orders for the final quarter of 2021 on December 31st. Never received. Now my company has changed to another provider, and every time I try to find out anything from Healthy Benefits, they tell me I am no longer a member, which I know, but the order was placed when we were still members!!

I submitted my OTC $40 order on 12/26/2021 Order # 6312162-880149. On 12/31/2021 Walmart sent me a cancellation on Item ID 810980013 (Parodontax toothpaste - 2 ordered) because it wasn't shipped by the estimated date and they sent the $25.52 credit back to my Account: 63681103569417229. I've been locked out of my account now and can't get in to reorder. (Now in 2022 we have switched to another OTC company). How do I reorder on the 2021 account to use that credit. I am a 70 yr. old female, who do not drive, and I’m on a fixed income. I don’t always have money to take a cab to do my grocery shopping. I wish y’all would set up a catalog, like you have for the OTC supplies, so people up in age that don’t drive, can order food items over the phone, or the internet, and it can be delivered to our home. I really hope , you will take that into consideration. Please think about, because I don’t have to worry about going to a pharmacy or store to pick up any medical supplies at all. All I have to do is go on the internet, and order what I need, from the OTC catalog, and wait for my order to be delivered.

Healthy benefits plus app stopped working on my phone and my wife's phone within an hour of each other. Worked fine for over a year and a half until 2 days ago. When I call the support line no one can help and passes it off to someone else. Support website for app not working either. Also things covered in catalog are not covered at walmart store. Manager at walmart says numbers don't match Also when I call healthynenefits by phone to place an order, they have always gotten it wrong. Getting very frustrated.....Thinking very hard about staying with Anthem next time.

I am excited! I finally have an insurance plan that covers my health and well-being, I just gonna say that the customer service might need some social skills, (me too) lol but im working on that so im not complaining just saying. Useless to scan items in store !! I’ve 2 yrs !

This app is supposed to help us scan items in stores to see if the products are approved. I’ve had the app over two years and it still doesn’t work as intended to check items so we don’t have to scan everything at the register smh 🤦‍♀️ and then find out it’s not approved. So when will your app ever work correctly? What is wrong with your system that it doesn’t line up with cash registers in stores? Also it lies when you scan an item it will say not approved but the store cash register approves it 😂I’m probably just going to delete it from my phone coz it’s useless and they’ve had two years to fix it 😳 . I’m just being honest not mean and this is facts 💯💯💯 not worth using this app just go online and get your balance from UHC instead or call to order stuff through UHC they’ll ship it free! And you can buy just one item over the phone and they ship it with no charge to ship it to your home! And I’m glad the store register approved my items when the app didn’t! NEEDS IMPROVEMENT OVER TWO YEARS STILL DOESN’T WORK AS INTENDED

Quite useless

You can go into Walmart and scan something and it says it’s part of the plan. I’ve spent several hours in Walmart picking up items to see if they were part of the plan. But when you get to the check out most of the items are not on the plan. And the cashier said she can’t take it off because she doesn’t know which ones aren’t part of the plan. So you end up paying out of pocket for items that shows as part of the plan. I spent $89 from items suppose to be part of the plan and then I ended up paying $52 in cash. I would not have taken the items that were not covered through the register but she could not tell me which ones weren’t. She said it’s a common thing with this card, is very troubling and a lot of people get upset. I can see why. I’ve always ordered through the catalog until is offered little of what I needed and I HAD to go to the store. I would prefer having the products that we had in the past year. Or if they were at H-E-B to the list of stores to get items from. It’s more of a hassle than a help. Fix the problem so when people go to the store the items that show covered are covered. When I called in explaining what happened the Lady told me Walmart could charge whatever they wanted. And if they didn’t cover some of the items then they couldn’t do anything about it. That Walmart could change what they wanted and when they wanted. This card is a nuisance instead of a help

Where did my order go?

This is my second comment. With out being able to get my NON FOOD items in store because it only accepts food and feeling about ready to give up I decided trying again ordering my non food items on line. I pick out everything and check out and it says order sent. I even took a screenshot of my purchases and my total and remaining credit. For 2 days I don't get any email talking about my order. I check on the app to look at purchase history and to my dismay all my credit money amount is back at the amount before I ordered anything. So I get my money back but no order. Just like I didn't order anything. So now I can't get things in the store and I can't get anything online. This is the biggest joke there ever was. What happened to my order??? What a horrible thing to put seniors through.
