Error message keeps popping up
For 2 days I have been trying to sign into my account but suddenly FirtstLine now requires that you receive a verification code via a text message. To receive a text message you need a smart phone which I don't have. Any other site give you the option of receiving your verification code by text, voice or email. FirstLine does it by text only. I have called their support number twice asking for help and all they can tell me is I need to get a smartphone. The on-line chat expert thinks I need to talk to one of their smartphone experts. This place is not worth the hassle for us Seniors.

I cannot log in. It rejects my user name and password and I get an error message when I fill out the form for "forgot user name or password"

I have been trying to choose my products and it takes forever to log in. When I do I cannot get to any product categories. I assume you are inundated and cannot cope with volume of traffic?
