I have a problem with myDaVita

No current problems

- App prompts for updates even when there are none available

- Notification settings cannot be customized

- App is not available for Mac or PC

- App can be cumbersome to use on smaller phone screens

- Messages and notifications are not always received in a timely manner

- App is slow and requires individual submission of each exchange for manual PD patients

- App does not calculate UF after recent update

- Basic notification function is needed

- App does not work on WiFi and requires data usage.

To resolve myDaVita network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the myDaVita App
1. On android, goto Settings » myDaVita » click [Force Stop]

Clear myDaVita App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » myDaVita » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart myDaVita.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click myDaVita » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto myDaVita » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch myDaVita
