Could be good if used properly
I'm a Davita patient. This app could be good if it was used properly. I'm not sure if it's my clinic or Davita overall, but my appointments do not appear in the app and reminders are not used. The app has a lot of potential. Please take the time to fix the bugs mentioned in other reviews and make the use of the app consistent at all clinics. Make all clinics use the full capabilities of the app so the benefit of their patients.

Useless
The app gets frozen or the Davita site can’t handle the traffic. I have gone back to paper. It’s much more convenient for entering treatment data.

Crap App
Crappiest buggiest app I’ve seen in years. We waited over a year for this?? Thinking of switching to Fresniyus if only for a better comm tool. Horrible!
