Crappiest buggiest app I’ve seen in years. We waited over a year for this?? Thinking of switching to Fresniyus if only for a better comm tool. Horrible!

This is not a good application I can’t even get my password or username after entering my credentials will never download it again this should be deleted

No logoff button. Crashes. Can not use stored passwords.

I'm a Davita patient. DaVitaCareConnect could be good if it was used properly. I'm not sure if it's my clinic or Davita overall, but my appointments do not appear in DaVitaCareConnect and reminders are not used. DaVitaCareConnect has a lot of potential. Please take the time to fix the bugs mentioned in other reviews and make the use of DaVitaCareConnect consistent at all clinics. Make all clinics use the full capabilities of DaVitaCareConnect so the benefit of their patients.

DaVitaCareConnect gets frozen or the Davita site can’t handle the traffic. I have gone back to paper. It’s much more convenient for entering treatment data.

Keeps showing a need to update but yet there are no new updates so I can’t log on.

There are no instructions or info provided regarding Care Partner’s access.

I hate that I have to use DaVitaCareConnect. It doesn’t work if I’m on a WiFi connect. I have to use my data.

I really like tracking my treatments in DaVitaCareConnect . But I have problems with receiving messages. I received a notification for the very first message sent to me then after that, never again. Notifications are turned on but it won’t be until I get ready to record treatment at night that I find out that I have a message. Sometimes too late. 2/22 DaVitaCareConnect is currently telling me that an update is required but the update is not yet available. I need to put in my treatment but DaVitaCareConnect won’t let me. Please fix this problem. 4/20 update problem persists.

I am doing manual PD. DaVitaCareConnect is very slow , need to add and submit each exchange individually, and does not allow save on the full/drain info page. Since the recent update, it no longer calculates the UF.

The FMC app is much better where all 4 exchanges are listed on the same page and I could save and go back as I complete each exchange before final submission for the day.

Please make it user friendly for PD patients where we can input all 4 exchanges on one page and only need to submit once per day.

DaVitaCareConnect needs to have a basic notification function so you know when you receive a message. My provider called in meds days ago and sent me a message on DaVitaCareConnect but I had no idea for days.

I love DaVitaCareConnect lime tracking my dialysis sessions and keeping the log but everytime I turn around it needs to be updated

Would appreciate a return call . Didn’t get it yesterday and haven’t todsy either. Brought collection of urine Monday and waiting results. Thank you

This application has a notification setting, however you cannot choose which notifications you want to recieve. Additionally considering the type of app, it should be available for Mac or pc. It is too cumbersome for some people to see on smaller phone screens.

It keeps telling me to update DaVitaCareConnect wuej there is no current update available and it’s a.ready updated. I tied deleting DaVitaCareConnect and reinstalling but same problem. Maybe it isn’t working well with the new iOS update I just installed? Idk but please help fix!

I have been pleasantly surprised. It’s easy to use, intuitive and helps me keep in contact with patients remotely.
